Fair enough. In 2027, every region will vote for "their people." Tinubu is still not loved in the Southsouth. He didn't win the region in 2023. He only "won" Rivers state and we all know how. Fastforward to 2027 and Rivers is still embroiled in crisis and so not still sure. He has also only made only few in-roads in the Northcentral. The Northcentral will always be split evenly anyways. He still won't win the Southwest in a landslide. No candidate ever does. In 2023, the North gave him his bloc vote that made him president. If he does not replicate this number or surpass it in the North, then he will not win.

Hypocrisy. Why not direct this question to Bayo Onanuga? What changed? The mere involvement of the U.S is testimony of the lack of confidence Trump has in Tinubu’s handling of the security situation. It has never happened in any previous government. But make no mistakes, U.S support isn't charity, Nigeria will definitely pay back in cash or kind. For how long? No one knows yet.

It was premeditated and pre-planned. Elrufai was saying it long before he handed over as governor that he would be taking a break and heading to Cairo to get a PhD. Tinubu deliberately lured him on stage to jettison his plans and then proceeded to betray him. They thought if they put an obscure "security report" tag on his head, he will be neutralized and will no longer fight back. They were wrong. It was the ultimate betrayal. Tinubu behaved like the father who involved himself in a fight between two sons and picked a side.

This is what you all don't get. Until betrayed, the North will always keep to agreements. All that talk about the North always being desperate for power are all untrue. Tinubu got 5.6m votes in the North in 2023 because of that. It was payback. Not necessarily because they didn't like their own son, Atiku.

That is exactly what Nuhu Ribadu is doing to El-Rufai. You and Gbajabiamila allegedly worked to stop his confirmation as a minister because you didn’t want him to have the influence and financial war chest to contest against you in 2031. You're beginning to get it. Tinubu should have behaved like an elder statesman and not picked a side by allowing his appointees to use their office to begin to play politics from day one for their own ambitions. What was Ribadu and Gbajabiamila's contributions to Tinubu's victory in 2023? They sought to destroy Elrufai and think he wouldn't fight back in whatever way he chooses? In 2015 when the APC was being formed, Ribadu defected to PDP contested the gubernatorial elections and lost. In 2019, he defected back to APC, contested the gubernatorial primaries and was defeated by Binani by a landslide. He now thinks he's a political collusus because "daddy" is behind him.
