seunmsg:Continue to clutch on straws. Would it be the first time a state government will be constructing a federal road. I simply told you with evidence that the road is being constructed by the Nassarawa state government, contrary to the snake oil propaganda the Op is trying to push. That road was awarded by Buhari to China Harbour with substantial stretches completed during his tenure. Umahi simply came onboard and revoked the contract without any concrete reason but to get kickbacks. How could a road transversing multiple states be a state road? |
seunmsg:Your news is dated October 2nd, 2025. Only for Umahi to order the revocation of the contract on October 13. Who is fooling who? Umahi has revoked virtually all ongoing projects by the federal government citing one phantom excuse or the other. We know he wants to re-award them to cronies in order to get kickbacks.

seunmsg:Lol. You can continue to attempt to fish in the desert but Nigeria has moved from first largest economy in Africa to fifth largest under 3 years of this regime. We were 4th last year, if you need more context. Tinubu wrecked our economy in real terms just to get IMF validation. |
Akinpedia:Okay, so why then was our 2025 budget unfunded despite record-shattering loans received by the government? Why did Wale Edun tell us government had a revenue shortfall of 30 trillion? A revelation that got hom demoted, by the way. Why has Nigeria moved from first largest economy in Africa to fifth largest in less than three 3 years of Tinubu's regime? Continue to sell your snake oil in peace. |
Melezenawii:Growth and development is good but legacy is achieved, not claimed. Honesty is the best policy, especially in governance. |
Why do Agbadorians lie so effortlessly? This road is being constructed by the Nassarawa state government. Aside the 15 trillion naira coastal road, what really is the federal government doing with its own share of the allocation? You can clearly see the name of the contractor handling the project, Triacta Nigeria Ltd.

Racoon:Deep down, they know the truth and are still scared. APC had 25 governors in 2023 but Tinubu only won 6 APC states in the presidential elections. |
There is only one Emir in Kano, Sanusi. Tinubu's interference in Kano's heritage using instruments of state will not go unpunished by Kano voters and the incoming government. |
laslimdajay:Is 250 billion naira without probe a joke to you? Add that with the promise made of having the major APC aspirant in their states not contesting against them. The only person happy with the moves in APC is Tinubu himself. The older APC members are silently aggrieved as Tinubu has sacrificed their ambitions for his own selfish interest. Where else do you think the budget shortfalls, record-breaking loans and monies meant for payment of local contractors are going towards? |
Basic123:Lol. There you go.
|
lionshare:Exactly. Tinubu is trying to make up for lost Northern votes in the SS and NC while Atiku has gained those Northern votes potentially lost by Tinubu to add to his 2023 tally. The only candidate that hasn't realistically gained new in-roads is Peter Obi but he's doing the right thing by aligning with the ADC. So-called Obidients chanting Obi or nothing are only sabotaging his campaign. Most of them are closet Agbadorians anyway. To be fair to him, Obi has come out to denounce them. Atiku needs Obi to get the required constitutional spread, but he has the numbers already. None of them can win without the other, but it's a good thing that they are currently in the same party. What Obi stands to gain? A chance to endear himself to the North and get the same level of support Northerners gave to Tinubu after supporting Buhari against Jonathan. Northerners ALWAYS pay their debts in multiple folds, whether good or bad. |
Adblg0610:If Tinubu himself is not the one tinkering with the idea, why does all his campaign posters currently exclude Shettima despite the pushback from some quarters within the APC? When he decided to run on muslim-muslim ticket in 2023, did he do so at gunpoint or he did it, despite the protests, because he wanted Northern Muslim votes? Continue to bury your head in the sand. Whatever decision he ends up making will also be 100% his decision. |
Snake oil merchants who celebrated Kwankwaso's impending defection to APC to become V.P now call him greedy and other names because the signal have been given on the WhatsApp group. Did any of the Agbadorian handles on this thread now vilifying Kwankwaso not know that he was being tipped as Shettima's replacement. It is now clear that Tinubu would have doublecrossed him and reneged had he agreed to join without concrete assurances. The good thing is that the bulk of Kwankwaso’s supporters are not on social media. Time is a gentleman.

Atiku and Kashim Imam are now bound by marriage between their children? This is very significant and interesting. |
Tareq1105:Say no more. I have a copy of the book. Here are excerpts.
|
Metrofox:Did the South vote Tinubu? Aside the 4 Southwestern states, how many states did he win in the South? |
seunmsg:Should we rather allow the ones already at the looting table to continue to have a field day? |
Ojuntana:I have noticed it as a growing pattern. It's an attempt to shape narratives. |
ARISHEM:This will turn out to become APC's albatross. A two-horse race election will be detrimental to Tinubu's chances, irrespective of whoever is the opposition party's candidate. |
What's this idea behind closing older threads with already robust conversations in favour of newly opened ones? Anyways the best governor to have ever governed Cross Rivers state till date, is welcome to the ADC. Tinubu cannot win the Southsouth in 2027 as Agbadorians will have you believe. He didn't win a single state in the region in 2023. So much for a self-acclaimed Southern candidate. |
seunmsg:Okay. So carry your Jarigbe and move front. Why then are you here? Did you see any ADC member getting worked up when you got Jarigbe (whoever that is)? |
Svoboda:Maybe or maybe not. For the umpteenth time, not everyone will become president or vice. There are so many aspirants and only few slots. That takes nothing away from his capacity and achievements when he was given the opportunity to shine. |
seunmsg:Don't make me laugh please. Does APC have an ideology? If yes, what is it? I thought we all agreed that Tinubu will win the Southsouth in a landslide, even though he failed to win a single state in the region the last time. You also said ADC will not see 25% in any Southern state. Don't start getting agitated. The game has only just begun. If Donald Duke is irrelevant, can you name any 3 politicians in Cross Rivers state off the top of your head without having to Google? No governor has surpassed Donald Duke in terms of performance in CRS and he governed close to two decades ago. That's the superiority of ideas the ADC represents. |
Predictor3:Tinubu will soon discover when it's too late that his destruction of other political parties is fast turning 2027 into a two-horse race. It will be the simplest choice electorates will ever have to make, irrespective of who wins the opposition party's ticket. |
Lagos is becoming worse than how Aba was in the Ikpeazu days. I've seen cleaner pigstys. |
thesicilian:There can only be one president at a time, that doesn't mean he's less qualified. He would have made a better president than the usurper currently occupying the seat. |
HacheNoire:Donald Duke was a better governor than whoever the current governor of your state is. Tell us his name so we can compare. Relevance cannot be judged solely by the willingness to rig elections or by the ability to snatch power, grab it and run away with it while leaving a trail of blood and tears. Donald Duke is a huge addition to the ADC as far as ideology goes. In sane countries, elections are won through the superiority of ideas. |
The North gave Tinubu over 65% of his votes in 2023 with 5.6m votes. The North also gave Atiku close to 7m votes while giving Kwankwaso 1.5m votes. Obi also got over half of his votes from the Northcentral/middlebelt. Obi got over 90% of the votes in the SS and SE, yet it wasn't enough to see him through, whereas, Tinubu securing only 60% of Northern votes was all he needed, even though he was largely rejected in the South. No one region can make one president without a handshake across the Niger but it is undeniable that numbers don't lie. Noise must not be mistaken for numbers or strength. Oftentimes, the silence of Northerners online is borne out of the confidence that they have in their sheer numbers. The numbers are real, it's not A.I. |
N58.47 trillion ...... That is around 42 Billion American Dollars. 🇺🇸 Oh Booyy !!!! 😲 🫨 😲 🫨 🫢
Even has seen the light. For Tinubu to not be your darling daddy, he must be the worst of the bunch! |
Since when did we start naming federal budgets with fancy names like previous governor Ben Ayade of Cross Rivers state? Isn't this a stretch considering that we are still implementing 2024 and 2025 budgets in 2026? |
But seriously, is this what Tinubu is enabling against a sitting governor just to get Rivers' votes rigged in his favour? Where has Wike gotten the funds to purchase 345 buses for each ward in Rivers state while FCT workers are on strike for non-payment of salaries and entitlements. Let he that thinks he stands take heed, lest he falls. |
Thedon22:Let us see evidence of how Tinubu stood by the Owo massacre victims or with Olu Falae when his daughter was killed. He even went further to rub it in on the victims by asking "where are the herders and where are the cows?" Do you think we have forgotten? If Tinubu can become a pseudo spokesman for Miyetti Allah in order to get Fulani votes, why do you vilify Atiku for deleting a mere tweet? |
