If truly this Man is a lawyer then his Certificate needs to be taken away from him... The Electoral Acts stipulates when one can file a case of such.. It is over 14 days since APC had its primary, and submission of names to INEC..

Read again ... 14 days deadline is for contesting the outcome of election. The case here is that there was no such thing as APC NWC led by Oshiomole. Meaning you cannot build something on NOTHING. The only leadership recognized in Law at the time of screening of candidates, primary and submission of candidate's name was Chairman Giadom. The latter expressly disowned the candidate in APC official letter head and seal.

First of all, oshiomole didn't disqualify him. Obaseki already had issues with his certificates and was even sued by same pdp for fake certificates in 2016. All oshiomole did was to withdraw is support/cover for obaseki and allow the screening committee do their job.

Further it's a big lie that obaseki doesn't have any other choice but pdp. Obaseki has been saying pdp is a demonic party. Yet when he was booted out of apc he still ran to the same pdp. Aren't there dozens of other parties for him to join. Why go and dine with the people u called devil
