But I’m still looking forward to your email or you can add me on WhatsApp with the phone number I shared.
Many thanks in warm anticipation.

Thank you Weslay. Amen to your prayers.

When you say my priority needs to change, how do you mean?

I’m actually from Sierra Leone and I’m currently residing in Freetown but would be coming to Illorin University for my Postgraduate Residency training through Fellowship in July this year and this should last up to 5 years.
I meet you age criterion to begin with.
I actually won’t mind giving a shot at this opportunity and see how it goes.
The email you shared isn’t working.
Can you share your telephone contact to my email please so we can start having conversations on WhatsApp?
You can search through my Nairaland profile for it.
This is my telephone contact by the way. +23279309521.
Good luck to us !!

A much improved team.
All thanks to the formation Pesiero decided to play. If he had played Oshimen and Moffi plus Iaenacho, and Iwobi and Yusuf together since the beginning of the 2nd half, Super Eagles would’ve won the game in normal time.
Osihmen was starving and was overworking like he did in previous games.
The coach shouldn’t have played a 3-4-3 formation. An attack minded game was what was needed. He almost lost the match because of his lack of vision and depth to read the game dynamics.

You don't know Lulu Briggs because you don't know who is who in nigerian, Anyway Lulu is one of the billionaire in Nigeria ( he is into oil business from PH) he died here in GH. Many nigerians have been referred here base on the kind of fercility gh offer and not because of waiting time like that of the UK( you said it is the reason for choosing Nigeria). Many top politicians have used GH hospital. The likes of eyadema of Togo for example.

Times higher ranking is the most commonly refers to in the table of ranking . And by their own standard , they have ranked a Ghanaian university ahead of her Nigeria counterpart , that is the bone of discussion. And if you go thru the ranking from the same institution, you will realised Ghanaian university have been dominating the lost for long .

It is not about the number of universities,it is about the quality and academic standard

So how many times has Times Higher Ranking ranked a Ghanaian university above its Nigerian counterpart because the last time I checked, this was something the Nigerians had an edge over Ghanaians and they were not making any fuss about it.

The Coach is clearly the problem.

Why gamble the game when you have the players that can easily win you the match?

Politics / Re: Tinubu Receives Brief On $10 Billion Investment Prospects In Steel Sector by AMKAG66(m): 9:38am On Jan 12
From an outsider’s honest view.
I think Tinubu is steadily rebuilding Nigeria for a sustainable greatness.
I was rooting for Peter Obi during your elections but I honestly see Tinubu at the moment as someone who really means business and understands where the bottlenecks are and has chosen to go for the jugular just to remove those bottlenecks. I also believe, the proceeds from his interventions will start to reflect in his 2nd to 3rd year of his presidency. He needs to start looking for his successors now.

What Seun needs to do ASAP is to get the physical Nairaland Headquarters and maybe few branches done in 2024.
This should be a must and must come with either a nice edifice or a cool and expansive office space. It’s time to for him and his team to start taking the forum as just a regular online platform.

There Real Estate boom in especially Lagos,Nigeria and Abuja is starting to sit well. In a matter of 5-10 years, it would’ve transcends very well to most other state capitals. This I’ve seen. The market is there. The potentials are just too enormous to ignore. The truth is that this book is coming in a bit late. This is a country that should’ve gone pass this current stage of its development at least 25 years. It’s never too late to catch up though.. Lol

I'm happy you realized how clownish you are.

If Abuja CBN is too small to compare Lagos 23 floor CBN, why then do you compare same Abuja 11floor CBN to Accra CBN which will be 26 and 22 floor twin towers ? are you not mad?

I observed that you Ghanaians are just too fascinated with anything “Largest”, “Biggest”, “First” , etc..
Why is it so ?

Accra is not a city of skyscraper . It is a a city of moderate height .

Then why is your Government trying to put up a 26 floor building?
Why not continue with the low to mid rise building code?

[quote author=AMKAG66 post=126570740]Truth be told...
The design of most houses in the South East especially in Anambra State are almost the same. Bland and they don’t have have that much appeal. The roofing style makes them even worse. Maybe this is something would-be house owners should start giving a thought about.
It’s however worthy to note that Imo state property owners are starting to change this narrative though. Kudos to them.

This is my honest observation as a foreigner . 😎
