There Real Estate boom in especially Lagos,Nigeria and Abuja is starting to sit well. In a matter of 5-10 years, it would’ve transcends very well to most other state capitals. This I’ve seen. The market is there. The potentials are just too enormous to ignore.The truth is that this book is coming in a bit late. This is a country that should’ve gone pass this current stage of its development at least 25 years. It’s never too late to catch up though.. Lol

The design of most houses in the South East especially in Anambra State are almost the same. Bland and they don’t have have that much appeal. The roofing style makes them even worse. Maybe this is something would-be house owners should start giving a thought about.

The 25% is calculated by dividing total number of votes a candidate got by the total number of accredited voters in the state (add each party valid votes and the voided votes) and multiply by 100 to get the percentage.


If total number of accredited voters is 1million and PDP got 200,000 votes, to calculate the percentage vote, do this:

(200,000/1,000,000) x 100 = percentage

He got 24.85%.
He fell short of the 25% from the state.
