Check for others on the list E.g Kupa in Ajao. Jakande is still close to Ajao
A family friend used that place for Delivery and she swears they are good. Said she will borrow money to go back there if she doesn't have to birth the one she's currently carrying.
If i can recall, she said VD is 190k or so! That means CS will be quite expensive.

She said they have good doctors.

I currently use Outreach and they have polite doctors.

Are you bothered about distance? cos I see the list is areas surrounding Jakande.

3. I haven't met their gynae, just General doctors. One thing I noticed is that its quite old and they do things the old way. They don't have drugs like that, you have to buy from outside most times.

4. hmmmm, those ones that gave me injection whether n.a for my artery sef I don't know. It was given to me on my bum but it affected my thighs and till now I still have the pain and that's 3months ago. @spiceeamiee, comman give her review while searching for where to register for antenatal, I made enquiries from a nurse there and she said the MD is the gynaecologist. He isn't always available during antenatal. I noticed from her sayings, he travels quite a lot. Maybe he will keep to your appointments if you make one with him.

I think you should also register in a private hospital. You can be going there for check up pending when your 4month appointment is due.

RANT TIME.

So I went to register for Anc in an Abuja general hospital @18weeks, and was book for the next 4mnths which happens to be my month.

I told the nurse that it's my delivery month, and she said there is nothing she can do.

I thought they will check how far I was and book my first appointment...I was so disappointed and I've been thinking .....

Although I'm not a FTM, I registered very early during my first, as a jjc, so I wanted to form senior mom's this time , but this people shocked me.

Pls is this how all general hospital operate?

Is it safe for me to stay for a whole 4 mnth b4 my first appointment?

I'm kinda worried.

I don't know if other general hospitals here operate same way.

The extraction is the hardest part (and quite messy too) but it's worth it in the end .

To the Glory of God ! Our bobo made a grand entrance today around some minutes pass 3 am with a weight of 3.3 kg giving me plenty tear.

I welcomed my baby girl on the 23rd of April through elective CS. I had placenta previa which later moved. Also the gap between my last Cs and this one was less than 18 months so my doctor didn't want to take the risk.
I went to the hospital on Monday night. Early morning Tuesday at 5am I was taken to be prepared for the surgery. The nurse shaved me, checked my bp and heart rate and inserted the catheter. She also took baby's clothes and arranged them in one corner.
Surgery started at about 6:30. Baby was born 6:55am. I was awake through out and was even gisting with the doctors cos I was given spinal anaesthesia. Surgery ended at few minutes to 8. Can't remember cos they gave me one injection at the end that made everything to be hazy.
Was discharged on thursday. Baby, daddy, big sis and I are doing well. I give God all the glory for making me a mum again.
To all GTC mums, God will come through for you. To the waddling mamas especially my team May, God that brought you this far, will see you to the very end and bring you rejoicing. To my Cappo, God bless you ma.

If you don't want it to be too watery, you can increase the size of the hole on the feeding bottle.
Widen it a bit so it doesn't choke her in case she draws too much from the bottle.

And please, stop letting her get so hungry before feeding her. It annoys them!

It is around 4th avenue. The last time I went there I took a bike straight from Apple junction. I don't know if you can take a bike in your condition. l just told the bike man that am going to Paramount at 4th Avenue Festac.

As for Clinix it's even closer to you. You can take keke from that shoprite gate abi n.a. golden tulip gate then drop at apple junction. You cross the road to the other side and walk as if you are going to Ago palace way. It's by your right side. About a minute walk from apple junction.

Paramount is N2,000 while Clinix is N3,600

Give it a while and let her go for blood test. Very early pregnancy is not usually detected in urine.
The delay of her period, could be as a result of stress, hormonal changes or contraceptive pills.
