That's braxton hicks. Am not sure it's suppose to be that strong at your stage. Just do preggy sex styles. Don't go be doing kamasutra positions (some those styles tough sha)

Especially general hospital nurses, they feel so less concerned and most has attitude.
I almost registered for antenatal there but changed my mind when I saw how one spoke to a lady in pain.

As for pampering leave that to a few private hospital. That's because the nurses know they could lose their job if you report their bad behaviour.

But some women no dey gree open legs maybe due to pain sha! That's why I heard they need to slap those esp when baby's head is almost out.
Akorkor:
No, it shouldn’t be the way!!! A labor woman should be pampered in every way. Our country has a long way to go. I have even heard that sometime they slap a pained woman in the talk of resetting brain. Who does that? Our health system is a mess and until we as individual start arresting this nurses and doctors for behaving anyhow until then they will always think they are doing us a favor.

HealthRe: Pregnancy Are You Pregnant Or Going Through A High Risk Pregnancy,,lets Talk by amorprincesa: 9:42am On Feb 08, 2019
It serves as reset to the brain cheesy make something bad no happen to the baby because of delay.
Akorkor:
Congratulations mama!!!

I feel bad when I see comments like this. Is it that Nigerian nurses are in humane or why would they slap someone in pain already just to push. Or is this the practice here? I am scared ohh!!

Carrot sweet

Cabbage sweet and cheap
Agbalumo (most not yet sweet sha)
Mango (coming out small small)
Cashew!
Orange (mostly dry no water)
Avocado
Fresh roasted corn (for those of us that know Road)

Buy AS mixagrain and nuttymeal. Try to make the pap a little thicker (swallow but very very soft), put ewedu/okro with blended titus give him to eat. Try oats as well

Since it's much, after grinding put in all those akamu bag to sieve out water(reduces gas wastage) then boil to dryness before freezing. It's best if you portion it.
Giddyperson:
Hubby bought a big basket of tomatoes a week b4 i came back. He washed and froze them. I figure it would last us a couple of months and I want to know how best to preserve them. Should i leave them frozen or i should grind b4 freezing or i should grind and boil b4 freezing. Our electricity supply is good enough.

Maybe you don't get enough sleep at night.

Mostly, the vomiting stops at early second trimester but in some cases it might last till delivery.
missyojo:
Good evening mummies in the house,
I trust you all are doing good. When ever I wake up in the morning, I always wake up with Headache and always feel hungry, please is this normal? Then secondly, at what stage will someone stop to vomit.
Thank you all for your response.

I think you are bloated. Cut out fizzy drinks. Sometimes, it's part of the pregnancy package.

Your lower abdomen feels somehow because there is a cute baby in there.

Aveeno is lovely on my baby's skin. I tried Sebamed and it gave her skin reaction but it could be nice on your baby's skin. I used mothercare carrier, it is fair but i think there are better ones.
Toopee:
Senior mummies in the house, please, I need good recommendations on baby carriers. Also, between Aveeno and Seba Med which is better?

The second is vegetable yam

My dear if we all have that thinking, no mom will keep their kids in creche. We will resign our jobs and become SAHM. Beside, with our weather, baby might till catch cold at home.

It's normal that he got it because they all play together. It now depends on the creche's policy, that is, if a child has flu or cough, he/she stays at home until he/she feels better.

Strongwoman333, try give your child vitamin c for immunity boost.
unex50:
Hmm what age is your baby....this is making me unhappy already...cuz I plan on enrolling my DD in a creche in 2weeks time cuz I will be resuming work by March...I want her to get used to it before I resume....I'm so scared to leave her...thoughts just keeps running through me..like will she be well taken care of nd all...oh Lord.
