revomind: I'll be real with y'all.

This is Dbanj. Hated and regarded as 'talentless'. We're on the sixth page analysing what he referred to as his first African single. You can make of that whatever you will.

Dbanj's tracks have always been so-so (even though many were phat party tunes). Dbanj was at the height of his powers in the superb (in that sense) Entertainer album and in the Mo' hits compilation album. From there on, his tunes have been sluggish and have even deteriorated from the not-so-great standards he set for himself. It is hypocritical to call this 'Oyato' jam wack and then praise 'Oliver Twist' and 'Mr Endowed'. I'm yet to get over the horror of those songs and to be honest, for the first time since he dropped 'Rundown : Funk You Up', I wasn't looking forward to any of his jams. I thought Don Jazzy and Dbanj had gotten too complacent and what's more the running of the label appeared shoddy to me, there was some sort of rotation which meant the quite talented Wande Coal and the commercial monster Dbanj had to wait for the mediocre DPrince and Dr Sid to drop their own solo joints. But I digress.

The truth is 'Oyato' in consideration of Dbanj's limited lyrical ability is a better joint that his last two major singles I mentioned above. The lyrics made more sense even though I sense he threw some cheap shots at his erstwhile partners and friends. That's understandable though . So if you are so willing to condemn this considerably better effort, we need to know why. You were dickriding the whole mo' hits crew when it was only wande coming close to lyrical maturity. So what changed?

Hate?

Envy?

Ethnic sentiments?

Dbanj will never be a lyrical powerhouse. As long as he stands, only one thing will be expected from him. Make the club move and entertain. I fail to see how this track wouldn't do that.

Big ups to j-sleek, an under-rated producer in my own books. He's been doing some great work with 2face over the years. With another big-name client like this, his stock just has to rise.
nice one cool

Kobojunkie: I saw the link after posting my response there. But, but that link DOES NOT in anyway suggest that the Church massacres produced more victims as a whole. Remember you said Churches with 50 Victims each. huh huh huh huh huh

And, no, please do not twist what I have said to this point. I said nothing of muslim organizations but death of muslims in the North, as they make up the majority of the population. Please. Do not twist my words at this point in this debate. grin grin grin
to the first bolded part.. Are u saying only the dead are the victim? Several others that got their arms and legs blown off are they not victims? Have small bruises in a sucide attack makes u a victim if that is what is convicing u... Not until when u are dead

so Tell me Is there any link that boko haram attack a church with less than 70 congregations?

To the second bolded part... I can see am debating with a confused person...
I said u should point out to one islamic organisation. Are u expecting me to say mosque in particular...
And where did u get ur statistics that the number of places attacked by boko haram are full of muslim.. Taking kano barack attack as an example..
PoliticsRe: Has Boko Haram Changed Its Modus Operandi? by amosy007: 11:51am On Jul 14, 2012
Kobojunkie: OK! So 12 attacks on churches, but remember, the debate is on the number of Christian victims vs Number of non-Christian victims. Again, Boko Haram has been

a) Operating in the North for about the last 7 years, but we tried to narrow it down to the last 3 years

b) There have been more than 12 attacks by this group in the North in the past 3 years. I mean these attacks have become regular in the last year alone.

c) And as of the last time we checked, Northerners remain the majority in the North. So on the average crowd, one could say that 4 out of 5 people there are Northerners, and probably 1 out of every 5 are Christians(assumption not based on any real data).

So, you would need to prove that the 12 attacks on Churches that NAN reports, and you believe, also happen to be the worst in all that time.
i just gave u d real link and u are still parambulating...

Can u post any link to massive attack on muslim organisation...
According to statistics some states in the north has high number of christians e.g kaduna...
So where did u get ur 1 to 5 from?

Kobojunkie: There is nothing as annoying as people acting as if all things are new. @Poster, if you don't have a clue on the BokoHaram group, you are best getting yourself some needed education on Google.com. It is free and available for you. This is the information age and ignorance is not bliss, neither is creating a new thread only so you can showcase it.

BokoHaram has killed so many more Muslims than Christians to date. Boko Haram not too long ago killed Shehu's brother, and Boko haram has targeted numerous mosques in the near past. Again, ignorance is not bliss and I urge that rather than pretend the group is faceless, like your President continues to, you at least get down to doing some research of your own.
are u high on sum sort of kobojunk or just being sentimental? Where did u get statistics that boko has killed more muslims than christians?
I can give u names of more than 10 churches that boko haram has attacked with nothin less than 50 victims at each attack... How many mosques has being attacked? It either they find bomb planted in mosque or the bomb will go off outside mosque with less victims!
