I believe you can still marry dream man.

I believe you can marry a good man ,and together build your dream world or life, except you're God that creates .
Romance / Your Dream Spouse Is Already Married by amprat: 3:40pm On Mar 07, 2018
This post is inspired by a chat I had with a friend not long ago ,who is interested in someone am Connected to, and so wants me to be a matchmaker.
The attraction is the look, usually this is the case you see the container before the content, but I appreciate he wanted to know more about the girl who happens to be like area younger sister, he has been a long time friend so I know both to some extent. after all our deliberations I deduced that..
He had standard that only an angel or a perfect human being can attain , while the girl too had standard that only God can meet up with since he is the only one that is perfect.
Many single ladies are in relationships with married men now and vice versa. when you ask them, they tell you the young men or ladies don't have the maturity, money, emotional capability ,romance, character etc like the married ones. They just forget that married person was once single and probably worse than the single person you're condemning right now. someone did the job of putting them together ,their dress sense,finance/business/career, etiquette, how to speak, anger management and the rest, helping them to become the cool, calm, collected, witty, well dressed, seductive etc person you now see and comparing with your prospect.
summary
1. You would never get a perfect man or woman, even people that have been married for years still have issues
2 . Every clean toilet you see was washed by someone, sometimes with chemical and air freshener , there's work to be done concerning any choice you make, some are more or less than the others, but still hard work anyway
so make up your mind and carry your cross, you're not perfect either.

All these stories are adding to my worries and making me to think seriously about continuing with my own situation.
When would I get the nerves to make up my Mind?
N. B men are here talking as if they're the only ones in this kind of situation, am sure many women too are experiencing such or worse.

Yes , I got the part about them being friends. But I'm also confused about the over the phone proposal , it kind of suggests the friendship wasn't close enough or he wasn't comfortable discussing this with her in person , which speaks volume. Perhaps they should first try have a romantic relationship before thinking about marriage, what's the rush ?.
maybe he has self esteem issues, can't handle face to face rejection .

Lol, I didn't know people still do this. Perhaps you are correct. I wonder if such marriages last cry.
According to the post, they've been Friends for long, meaning they should know and understand each other.
But proposing over the phone....?

Kampack:
You have to enter your data on SPSS.
Ensure you code them assign values to them e.g Male: 1, Female: 2. etc

You cannot derive mean of non-parametric data because they do not have real mean (i.e where you use likert scale, e.g good, very good, average, excellent). You can only get their
. again you can only do a Spearman rank correlation for them, you cannot do pearsons test, t-test, or analysis of variance ANOVA as they are ordinal data with data central measure as median and Not mean.

alright, so have been trying to use Google to try and figure out the
spear man method but I think I learn better with practical example, the examples are of two variables e. g maths and English but am working on 4 variables here, how am I to include it, so please if you don't mind can you help me analyse the first question, I have supplied the data
1.what medium do you use more often in sourcing for news
(a) internet (b) television (c) others (d) none
165 ----- internet
70 ----- television
15------ others
0----- none
Total sample size= 250
please help, I really appreciate.

Good day,
can anyone please help me with the method to use for analysing this research questions, I have my data already but am confused because am not using the usual variables I mean the AGREE, STRONGLY AGREE etc so have got nothing to multiply my data with in order to get the mean and then do the standard deviation
kindly find example of the questions below
1. which medium is do you use more often when sourcing for news? (options.).. internet..... television..... others..... none

2.which medium is more reliable in sourcing for news (same options as Above)
3.which medium is not popular to you
section b
1. the kind of information you usually access is related to
...entertainment .....current affairs.... education.... others

2. what factor makes one medium more popular than the other
...accessibility.... reliability.... precedence...... others
Your hel,p would be appreciated
NB I didn't formulate the research questions o, just helping out.
Romance / Re: My Love Life Is Cursed (i'm Depressed But Happy) by amprat: 9:16am On Feb 21, 2018
you need to understand that love can not be forced
you can't force love to happen to you it does when it wants to
concentrate on living your life and leave relationships alone for now
Besides no one can love you nor make you happy if you have not learnt to love yourself or make yourself happy, you can't give what you don't have neither can you truly enjoy what you don't recognize.
focus on enriching your life and living your life to the fullest, love will surely find you.
Fulfillment in life is not only about loosing your head in love please.

you're a yeroba Christian am sure of that 100%
do you know that yeroba Muslims loves their hausa Muslim brothers more than their yeroba blood brothers?

Igbos loves yerobas but you can't reason with a yeroba Muslim because to him caliphate comes first
me I don't know, but I believe so much in individuals and not making general statements, there is good and bad in every tribe, religion and even family, when you open your heart and clear your mind you find good in people though no one is perfect.
Romance / Re: In Love With A Friend Older Than Me by amprat: 8:47pm On Feb 12, 2018
A woman of her age needs to look before she leaps, I commend her because even at her thirties she still has the sense to make sure of her self, Her feelings, your character and how far this can go, some women would have been so eager to say yes, a pointer to her being a confident and intelligent person, I bet she's interested, she told you not to make assumptions about her not wanting you, what she is saying is... Give me a bit of time, but during this time convince me, give me reasons to say yes to you, show me how bad you want me.
Good luck

You are on a flight, the pilot is tired and needs to rest, if he refuses to leave the pilot seat, I believe the passengers would not just "siddon look" except they don't know what's happening.
let him leave the position first.

Family / Am I Married To Him? by amprat: 12:49am On Feb 06, 2018
We have been together for years now and have 3 beautiful kids between us, the state of the marriage is another day's discussion ,have even tried keeping a diary here on Nairaland but tupdating it is an issue, what I want to clarify at the moment is am not even sure am married to my husband.
1. I have always had issues with dowry and stuff (my personal opinion) so I didn't allow it to be paid hence I didn't invite any extended family member to any wedding, was a bit easy we've not really been close to them as my dad died quite early so wedding was myself, him,my immediate siblings, his own, my mum and his,no serious"introduction",presentation of yam and stuff, I look back now and think what sort of thing that is must have always done things my way.

2. I remember at the court, they had to do mine before statrting , because I had exam on that day( I was an undergraduate) we signed, witnesses signed and we were given the certificate but was told we should bring it back later for an authorized signature from one of their oga or something, I didn't hear, I just didn't want to miss my exam truth is I wasn't serious and didn't realize the enormity of the event(i was barely 21) meaning authorized signature on behalf of government missing

3. Took the ring to a pastor who blessed the ring but we didn't marry in the church, just introduced to the church, right now I really want to know if I am married( in the eyes of the law, man or God,)or I have just been cohabiting with this guy. thanks

If your babe tells you no sex before marriage would you agree?
How would she decipher if you're one of the hanky guys .
True there are some greedy and lazy ladies that fall into wrong hands, but there are still some innocent ones no matter how few
Besides not every rich young guy is a yahoo guy, some still huzzle, work hard or are born with silver or even golden spoon.
