-Some of the Hostages have been set free, in initial Agreements they had, that Israel did not honor, because it knows it is stronger, militarily. - Since the aim of Hamas was to use the Hostages it captured, to secure the release of its own citizens kidnapped by Israel, it will defeat the "purpose", if Hamas then kill its Hostages. Hostages takers want something in exchange for the Hostages, that is why they went all the trouble to take Hostages, they are different from "Gun men or insane Murderers"
- During the Negotiations, Israel has not for One Single Day, stopped bombing and killing Palestinians, sometimes, over 200 in a day and it is every day, like that. That tells me, that Israel is not really interested in the release of the Hostages or ending the War on Gaza. - The latest Agreement, agreed to by both parties, required Hamas to free Thirty Three (33) Hostages within 42 days, while Israel will stop bombing them during those period, and then they both move to the next stage.
Now, if Hamas had killed all the Hostages or non of them is alive, it wont take 42 days to know, because they wont be able to produce the Hostages and will expose themselves as a Group without any bargaining Chip. Hamas has a greater need for the Hostages to be alive, than Satanyahu himself because the Hostages are their Life-line.
On the other hand, Satanyahu is asking for "a List" of the Hostages to be released! WHY? - What has the list got to do with releasing the Hostages? - Is it that Without a List, the Hostages still not be released? - Is it that the UN and other Mediators will not count the Number of Hostages and ensure they are 33 in number?
- Is it that Satanyahu does not want some Hostages released and want to make sure their names are not on the list or vice versa? - Is the request for a List, an excuse to B00mb the suspected location of the Hostages, once he knows who and who is on the list and perhaps, does not want some of them returned alive?
Some earlier-released Hostages have actually said that some of them (Israeli Hostages) have been killed, by Israeli b00mbing of their hide-outs and have wondered WHY?
Hamas wants the War to stop, more than the Israelis because its original intention was not to go to War with Israel, it was just looking to strengthen its own bargaining position, by having Hostages to negotiate with so, why would it kill the same Hostages?
