I don't meditate. It only happens when I have the feeling of dozing off at different time (few seconds) intervals. You may think it freaks me but ironically it doesn't. For instance, in a week, I could try it out just once and everytime I always get shocked. It just doesn't make me feel human.

Sometimes ago, around late 2018 to late 2020, i became seriously sick, the hospitals could not detect anything meaningful. Hello sisterfire, I've been having this sensation on the spot where my 3rd eye is located..
It's like something is moving underneath..
Like when your eyeball moves from side to side and it's been for a long time now..
More than a month I think,can't recall when it started.
But it happens almost every night..
Sometimes I hold that spot ( like the way you were asked to hold your lips by our primary school teacher) just to spot the sensation but I feel it a new immediately I leave the spot..

About seeking light in darkness, I have my room all to myself and I hadly use white light around(mostly dim blue or green) infact sleep eludes me with the light on!
That reminds me of an incident(might be hallucinating) not long ago.
I simply pop my eyes open around 2am and saw this white light(alien saucer-like in shape, size of a coin) which started moving very slowly from one end of the ceiling to the other end where there was a wallpaper. It affix itself to a cloud with same shape in the wallpaper and disappeared!
