The 24 storey high-rise building, stands at a height of 105 metres and was once the tallest building in tropical Africa. It is located in the city of Ibadan in Nigeria. And was built from proceeds from commodities (e.g., Cocoa, Rubber, Timber and so on, of the then Western State of Nigeria), it was formerly called "Ile Awon Agbe" (i.e. "House of Farmers"wink. It was commissioned for use in August 1965, on January 9, 1985 it was gutted and was rehabilitated for use in August 1992.

Why dont bank robbers and petty thieves file for injunction after their crime, maybe they are just silly or greedy, they dont want to pay the legal fee......

Just thinking
no. most times those thieves are always caught in the crime and if not thy abscond and forget the legal process until they are arrested and charged to court. its at the police station most of them start requesting lawyers or call friends to get lawyers for them. diffrent from this case

I don't fully agree with u. Women take CALCULATED risks. We don't jump in head first like men....we test d waters to see if d gain is worth d risk. And of course, u will be surprised to see many women holding their own nowadays and they do make that "extreme big cash" through sheer hardwork n resilience.
My humble submission
ur earlier post confirms the fact that most african women aren't risk takers. may married women even discourage their husbands from taking the plunge. the big fortune 500 companies today were not created by spirits- humans who took huge risks created them. imagine when the house of representatives resumes in June only 14 women would be members. terrible

Never quit your job, esp here in Nigeria.....unless u find a better one that addresses your concerns with d current job. Jobs are hard to find n people like me get inundated with hundreds of cvs, but d vacancies are just not there.

So unless your life or dignity is in jeopardy, pls persevere n hold on to your job. U can augment by doing some PP on d side.
My humble submission
women dont take risks. they love it safe. that's why most of them don't make that extreme big cash. not surprised tho

PoliticsLagos Should Be Made A Federal Commercial Capital Territory by Anazp(op): 12:44pm On Apr 07, 2015
Seriously this issue about who owns Lagos is going to far. The truth is Lagos benefitted from the years of been a capital just the way Abuja is benefitting now. Lagos is really a no man' land. The truth is it would be inequitable for yorubas to clam lagos. If they were that super why hasn't osun state or oyo state become an economic hub? And if they think igbos are been deceptive by running for elections and winning in Lagos why haven't the igbos won anyelections in osun or in oyo state? Imagine if abuja loses its capital status today. there are so many yorubas who would be able to win elective posts cos of their massive population and igbos too. politics is a game of numbers. since the lagos capital status attracted a lot of Nigerians and keeps them till date then yorubas have got to live with it that Lagos is just like London or New York. cosmopolitan. With the comments of the oba inciting genocide against the igbos it is very necessary now for the national assembly and the state houses of assembly to amend the constitution and make Lagos a federal commercial capital territory. this would mean Lagos would no longer be a state but would have an equal status as Abuja. A minister who would report to the president would run the city. This would avoid a situation where there could be a genocide against the igbos and hausas if in 2019 the igbos happen to produce the governor. Truth is Marwa was not a lagosian meanwhile he was the governor and he performed so well. Lagos should be a neutral zone and the process SHOULD START NOW

PoliticsMilitant Group Claims Responsibility For Delta Pipeline Explosion- PUNCH by Anazp(op): 5:27pm On Apr 03, 2015
An Urhobo militant group, Urhobo Gbagbako, on Friday claimed responsibility for Thursday night’s bombing of the NPDC Oil pipelines at Ighrenene, Afiesere and Ekiugbo communities in Delta State.

The group, which made the claims in an email sent to some reporters, said it is also planning to shut down all the oil fields in Urhobo and Isoko areas.

The email signed by the group’s s spokesperson, Priest Omodjuvwu, said the bombing of the Ekiugbo/Ighrenene/Afiesere was to draw attention to the neglect of ex-militants of Urhobo extraction.

It said the Urhobo had been sidelined in the pipelines protection contracts offered to ex-militants from other ethnic groups and they now want to show that they too had the capacity to cause trouble if ignored.

The group said it had sent warning signals to the NPDC and the federal government on the pipeline surveillance contracts, which had excluded the Urhobo.

Urhobo Gbagbako however dissociated itself from media reports about a 14-day ultimatum given to the federal government and NPDC on the oil pipeline surveillance contracts.

“We have now resumed attack on the NPDC pipeline facilities on a massive scale, which scale of bombings shall be unprecedented,” the email said.

The group said the attacks will continue until the Urhobo got what rightly belonged to them.

It explained that Urhobo Gbagbako Group is a militia group of all ex-militants, youths, women and elders of Urhobo origin.

Which youth is the OP even talking about? The same youth that have been tested with various sensitive positions but failed.

Alamseigha was just in his 40s when he was convicted for money laundry. Even James Ibori falls in the same category.

Dimeji Bankole was also a youth, and every politcally conscious person knows how he embezzled our billions.

Jonathan is also a good example of today's youth generation, rate him on your own.

So which youth are you talking about?
It's not all about youth or not; what matters is the personality and the integrity of the person involved.
for your information Donald duke was in his thirties when he transformed cross rivers state. fashola was just about 42 when he started transforming lagos. dangote was barely in his twenties when he stated building dangote group. on the other hand mugabe is in his eighties and hes doing a good job wrecking zimbabwe. so what are u talkng about? is it a 73 year old man that runs this site? seun is a young man building a network you could communicate your opinions on. but im sure if Seun says he want to run for governor of his state today or senate you'll say he's too young. he should wait for his tme. you see the hypocrisy?

In this pic a young lady ius feeding an homeless man during yesterday's New year celebrations in Newcastle, England. On the other side in Nigeria, all the women or ladies whatever you call it would try to do is see if the man got money and sleep with him to get it and if he does not call him a lazy man! No wonder Nigerian men do everything they can to get married to white women. haha

Isnt it a pity that some people in the south are supporting Buhari to come back? Whys there traffic in Lagos today? who stole 2 billion dollars at NNPC back in the 80s and used a coup to stop his prosecution., Who banned free speech? You never know a man until you give him MONEY nad POWER. Those of you supporting Buhari better get your passports ready when he takes over.
