Hi consular officer, please i want you to enlighten me. I want to know if a USA visa gotten on January,2015 can still be used for travelling in this year. Secondly, can a person visiting Atlanta in Georgia from Nigeria fly to Newyork before going to Atlanta, wont that cause problem at the POE in Newyork.

@Justwise, they gave me letter of sponsorship and i requested for their statement of account to show proof to the VISA officer. but the challenge is that i have less than 400k in my salary account. is there any chance that my application will be considered.

I want to attend a 3 day conference in UK fully sponsored by my state government. Its going to be an all expense paid trip. My question is , am i going to present only my working place account statement (STATE SPECIALIST HOSPITAL) or will i add my personal bank statement considering the fact that am going to be sponsored. I really commend you people for the good work u av been doing here. Please i need your assistance. My brother travelled to UK 2 months ago, but unfortunately the UK Immigration deported him because the hotel reservations he made which was done by his agent could not be verified. In other words, they deported him becos they thought he didnt book hotel and his visa wascancelled placing him on a year ban.
He wants to apply for US visa now but i dont know if there are chances of getting the visa due to the cancellation he had previously? Please and please, i want you to make contributions so that our application will not be refused..God bless

Pls Can I Only Use Marriage Cert As A Tie 2 Uk Embassy?
