Upload via Webform or send mail. Vfs don’t upload documents aside from biometrics.

Scroll down to “add documents to your application”

If you are travelling for studies, you can use your single ticket to purchase forex from the bank but if its on another visa type, you must buy the return ticket.

So sorry about your refusal. Your application was refused under paragraph v4.2( a) and( c)
(a) The Eco is not satisfied that u will leave the UK at the end of your visit
(b) That u are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor.

In next application try to convince the ECO that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor and you will leave the UK as soon as y vacation is over. Give prove of ties, your family and job to convince eco that you have strong ties that will make u returned home.

Your personal and financial circumstances was what was used to evaluate your application and supporting documents.

You said " you are planning to spend 420k (£931) on your visit to the UK and that no one else is contributing towards the costs" That is 14 days trip.

Your budget is not sufficient for a 14days trip to the UK.
How much is your flight ticket returned, your accommodation, living expenses and shopping?
Let me assume this estimate
Flight fare= 260k
Accommodation= 100k ( Hostel for 14 nights)
260+100k= 360k
420 - 360 = 60k
So u are left with 60k which is like £140. Not sufficient enough for living expenses, tourist attractions fees and shopping. The ECO expects you to make available sufficient budget for your trip. He doesn't want you to come and be stranded which leads you to depend on public funds or try to work. My advice in your next application increase your budget if you are making a 14days trips which will be sponsored by U. U earn good salary so your budget should not be managed, or bin selfish to your your self. Make a budget that will make life comfortable for u in your visit.

There are number of large withdrawals made from y account e.g 400k which is more than the stated monthly expenses you stated. You stated 70k as monthly expenses.
You also stated that you have no saving or any income in the application. This makes the ECO not satisfied how your opening bank statement is 1,730,560 when u claimed you have no saving. Eco is not able to identify how these funds have accumulated given your monthly disposable income. So ECO have used the large withdrawals to evaluate you on your financial circumstances.
My advice in your next application try to increase your monthly expenses aleast 100k, money that u know is very sufficient to take care of all your needs in a month. You earn a good salary, atleast let the ECO know that u are not been stigin to your self. That is where the consider your personal circumstances. U earn 380, atleast, if u comfortably spent 100k and save the remaining 280k, not bad at all.

Finally in next application, be careful on your withdrawals, d'nt withdraw more than your stated monthly disposal. And if you also have credit entries that are large, apart from your salary try to explain to eco in cover letter with prove.

Thank you for your explanatory response. At times, I wonder why some ECOs don’t scrutinise visa application very well. I only stated in the application that I will visit for only 6 days, from 8th to 14th September.

The large withdrawals were monies for a building project which I embarked on and also payments for my Postgraduate program. Though I never thought it could be an issue as I would have submitted receipts as evidenced if the withdrawals.

How do I establish savings from my previous salary? I have been earning salary since 2012, hence the opening balance.

That is actually not true

Yeah you are right, that’s absolutely not true. The ECO will know when you enter and exit UK as these are automatically logged on their database. You won’t be given exit stamp from the UK.

If she reapplies with the same documents, she risks being banned, not just a refusal. How does the applicant know the letter in question and other documents from the organisers are genuine? In fact it looks like the applicant has a 10 year ban knocking on the door.

She contacted the organizers of the meeting to confirm her attendance at the meeting before and after she applied. The said documents were sent to her email and this organizers confirmed it.

Can she reapply? Or has she been banned for 10 years and there is nothing to reverse the decision?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by ancestorial(m): 4:21pm On Aug 31, 2017
please house, kindly examine this application. She applied to attend a meeting in UK, the organizers sent an invitation letter with other correspondences to her email. She submitted only the letter of invitation during her application and this what she got when she picked her passport. She later called the organizers and they denied the fact that they were not contacted by the home office for verification or whatever.

Kindly advise accordingly because she wants to reapply immediately and counter their claim with further correspondence sent by the organizers to prove her innocence so that the automatic refusal will be corrected because she tendered genuine documents, or what do you people think?

Advisory:

ok in regards to application,
she will need to fill another visa form for the child and yes she can use the same supporting documents as long as the fund in the account can cater for both of them.
Now with a kid the UKVI will be interested in how she is going to manage with a child and attending a conference, who will look after the child? what is the relationship with the person
If you going to be putting the child in a Nursery, then consider the cost of the nursery in the application advice will be to contact the nursery to arrange where the child will stay, get an email of enquiry from them make sure its close to the hotel or conference centre and then submit the enquiry and details with the application. If she is staying with family and they will be looking after the kid when she is in conference then do put it in the application as well.

In the application, in employment column, and other adult questions in the visa form for the child, is she going to leave it blank or fill the details of the mother there?

Thanks so much Advisory, she said she will arrange for a child minder closer to the venue. A family member she knows is in a far place to the venue.

My sister wish to travel to Uk for a conference, she has two kids. Initially, she thought of going alone and therefore submitted her application with no accompany children, but her husband insisted she take her first child which will be 2yrs old by October, 2017 along. Kindly advise, is she going to fill another visa form for her child and if yes, will the supporting documents for the child will be the same as the mother's own?

It depends on the property. Some will state that your credit card details are needed to secure your booking and will not be charged yet, which is true, but some will authenticate your card for possible charge of either 10percent or for first night. The best option is to contact the hotel directly to know their preferences.

please kindly get me informed. How much do you think a traveller can hold as PTA to UK?

The last time I visited UK, I wasn't asked the amount I had, so I don't know if there is a minimum specified amount that a traveller must have otherwise he or she maybe refused entry at POE

Master card does not support payment through Paga. You can use your Verve Card if you have one to pay through this means, and if you don't have then go to www.mypaga.com to register an account and fund your paga account. After this procedure you can now pay on paga platform through your master card.
