To avoid stories that touch, why not get someone in Canada to pay the $300 to ur student account in the skool, transfer the equivalent amount in naira to the person, print out the receipt and attach to the initial deposit receipt u got, my little advise though. You might not be able to predict them.

Pls I applied for Canada visa after providing the documents on 6th Feb. I tracked it on line on 15th April but it said that my processed passport have been dispatched to Canada application centre. What does it mean because I have not received any mail after the previous mail. I have not be called for medical

You may either travel to Lagos or Abuja for ur biometrics and as for medicals it can be done in Lagos, Abuja or PH only in CIC designated hospitals.

it neither shows if u av a medical nor passport request, but when ur application is closed it gives u a clue ur application has been dispatched to Lagos.

False, online application can be tracked on VFS website, on going for ur biometrics, VFS gives u a slip that has a tracking id to monitor ur application.

Your case is quite confusing but as much as i can understand, your agent has access to you online account with CIC while you have your tracking details for VFS site.

Thing is, i don't think online application can be tracked on VFS website(stand to be corrected) but if you insist it was an online app, i really don't know what to think.

Also, if you are tracking on VFS site to see medical update, it is impossible. You won't see that. You only see movement of your application from VFS to the canadian embassy and when it starts being processed.
You only see real time update of your app through MYCIC account and not VFS website.

You agent apparently has more information and control over your application than you. So meet your agent, tell him or her to show you your account with CIC and ask questions. You have a RIGHT to that. Nobody here can know what has transpired all through your application. Let the agent know your worries and take control of your application. You paid for God sake! Unless it is a free something..Lol.

Please I need your expertise on re-applying for TRV for MBA program.

My previous application was bounced on the basis of purpose of visit and current employment situation.

I applied with PGC offer from seneca in May 2016/but later transfered to UNB for MBA but my application was delayed by the VO giving the above mentioned reasons.

I defered my MBA offer to Fall 2017 but I intend to apply by end of the month, i will like to confirm if the timing isnt out of order.

Also, I have written a SOP to address initial concerns raised by the VO. Kindly assist with your email as i would like you to help with its review to confirm accuracy and completeness.

I will appreciate your feedback.

I actually meant if he opted for paper route, his passport will be with CIC for 24wks which makes it difficult to make a plan b, but with Online route u av ur passport to urself and makes it easy for u to look for another option while u await on a decision from cic, none is particularly faster, the 2 routes r both treated equally.

From my little understanding CIC tends to delay PGC/D applicants on purpose, wow a whopping 24wks(6months), thank God u opted for the online route.

Just send them a mail on info.cannig@vfshelpline.com and quote ur tracking number in the mail and u can also use ur tracking number as the subject of the mail, they'll get back to u if ur passport is ready for collection.

Hello Gurus in the house, I don't knw what is happening to my application. I applied on 17th of June with upfront medical. I got a response from them on the 21st of Sept that "your processed passport has been dispatched on the 21st Sept. from Vac Accra to Lagos" while waiting for Vsf Lekki to get back to me for my passport pick up I got another message with the same content that"your PP has been dispatched on the 26th Sept..... I don't understand this changes in the date and up till now I have not heard anything from Vsf Lekki,I called dem no response. Can I go there to pick my passport without inviting me to come? I need my passport for a very important thing. Thanks.

but guys what do u think if someone goes to a neighboring country let's say Senegal to apply, their processing time is 3wks, as for Mali it's 2wks.

It's like it ain't green as much of us anticipated, pls can u say more on this.

pls tell them.. especially those that does not have enough funds to study in Canada......Canada is expensive..you cant cope with part time work to pay fess...

Alright cool, another recommendation letter or letter of introduction can resurface probably like some weeks b4 u submit ur TRV application.

You are good to go with the employment letter and do not complicate matters by getting another letter, u getting another one will make the VO thinking u that started work last month u wan flee ur employers probably maybe u committed a fraud, besides i av never seen a big company reissuing employment letter.

Nna ike gwuru, it didn't hit me hard though, cos' i already gave up after the 10th week with no medical. yea PGC. how is 9million insufficient ? and then purpose of visit. i think i will request for the files. biko who has @thesoj contact, i sent him pm, don't know if he got it.

From my own point of view, cic is unfair towards people going for PGC, congrats @yetus on ur TRV just 6wks, I advise people on this forum to try and seek admission for a masters degree cos i see that's what the VO sees as being credible, my application just clocked 15wks.

I'm so sorry about ur delay, all hope is not lost just request for ur GCMS and kindly share ur profile so we can see where it all went wrong.
