pm area corrupted, if you are sure of the code then the two options for you are to either take it to a software expert with software tool like cyclone box, i guarantee it can reset the pm data area without loosing data. option two keep powered on phone for a few hours if not days depending on the wrong tries u have inputted. try code after a long period, having kept the phone on without manipulation as code counter is been timed in rap3. |

install microsoft outlook or if you already have office installed, do this open itunes and connect your phone, when your phone is detected, go to the info tab on itunes tick sync all contacks, a new drop box wil higlight down, select outlook, then click apply down right of itunes and wait wait till itunes finishes everything, may take a little more than 15 20 minutes depending on your data and pc speed. when done, open the outlook and click on ontacts, you should see your contacs listed if all went well open blackberry desktop manager, (internet required) when your phone is detected, click organiser, then click reset settings, click yes, click ok, click configure settings, tick addressbook, slect microsoft outlook the first one not express, tick one way to device, click next, click accpet , click sync by down right, click accpt and wait, all is done without 3 mins. do all as i write it will be easy for you. its is not a must that you must install DM (desttop manager) if u have slow connection, download only blackberry usb drivers here and install http://gsmvn-support.com/index.php?dir=Blackberry/&file=BlackBerry%20USB%20driver_4.1.0.2.exe download the 9300 firmware and install then delete the vendor file, then in the apploader folder where you deleted the vendor file, lauch the apploader there and your update has started, follow step by step guide and remember to tick backup all dvice data if you dont wanna loose any shit from ur phone. |

after installing the os 6.0, go to c:\programme files\common files\research in motion\apploader there is a file in the apploader folder called vendor.xml just delete it thats all |
