@sleekman Nice contribution. That is wwhat we all should use medium like this to expose their attitude |
Let Jonathan resign his post as he is not worth being the President of this Country. Where I leave, I get light maybe only 2 hrs in a month, and they keep bring bill of about 2,500 because I do not have meter. I have applied for meter, nobody gave me. They stopped the prepaid meter because they were not making money from it. I asked a PHCN official the possibility of getting the pre-paid meter and he told me that it was not available, ONLY if I can come up with N90, 000. I have discussed with their station manager and I found out that they all were after money. I buy fuel N5, 000 every week, to power my residence. This government is useless and nobody wants to help the common man. All the leaders and politician's houses and offices were being powered with Tax payer’s money with stolen wealth of Nigerians and that is why they can stay/sit in the comfort of their homes and offices to create more avenues of stealing money by increasing the tariff. The power probe, nothing has come out of it after stealing over 16 billion dollars. Go to the PHCN office in Egbin Ikorodu, you will see how their staffs live like kings and have the latest cars in town. Their garages filled with exotic cars. You can go to their residential quarters to find out about this. They have houses scattered all over the Nigeria. That is why these PHCN workers do not want competition in that industry. Why increase the tariff when no light has been provided and nobody has been convicted for the billions of dollars meant for the provision of electricity stolen by few? What is Nigerian labour leaders doing to confront the government? It is sad that this is happening to this country and the life of the youths mortgaged by the elite. God will judge you our LEADERS. Hell can ONLY be your homes when you are done on earth. Whatever you are stealing or have stolen, none you will go with. May you, your family and your generation, yet onborn suffer the kind of decease that no medication can cure. Look at the lifes of innocent children dying of hunger, parents cannot afford to sponsor them to schools and yet you keep stealing day and night. Since you people have abandoned to travel by road cos, you have stolen the money meant for the rehabilitation of our roads and now you fly by Air, May any plane you people enter be blown on Air. When you travel by roads, may accident be your portion. You leaders are wicked. No Light, no water no food for common man yet you steal the nation dry. You people will suffer Aids and HIV and your generation whom you have gathered that stolen wealth for. |

I pray that in trying the guy, a woman should be the presiding Chief Judge. Let only women handle this case. There was a case like this in Tennessee, in USA, all women juries were used and the guy was given a death sentence. Let women handle his case. I know that he must be given a death sentence. Let us remove sentiments and tribal issues here. This guy is wicked, sadist, dangerous and mental and should not be allowed to live. |
Orji is a madman who got no brain but thinks with his legs. Abia is the worst state you can think of. |
Oh God, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. May her soul Rest in Peace. At this time? |
@ Mrs. Siena You should not even respond to people like hackney. No justification for the man’s actions. Be it demon or whatever they claim that must have driven him to commit such a crime. The only justice I want from this act, is death penalty, so that some guys should realize that your state of mind should not drive out your normal self control when things are down for you. |
@ Mrs. Siena You said it all. She saw the threat and still remained in the marriage. He sold her car off should have made her to realize that it has gotten to the point of madness. I have kept telling ladies, that love is not blind and NEVER marry a man who is extremely possessive or a woman who is same. Women/ladies, must you kill yourself because of LOVE. Many young guys now are mentally sick because of the society and lack of job. Anyway you try tto please them under this condition will not work out as you having a job is a threat No love is blind; you must open your eyes wide. |
Capital Hell, NO. How on earth you even start asking. Your life first b4 success. With the present happenings around, you should go straight to NYSC secretariat and let them know that you MUST be redeployed to another state or you don’t do the NYSC. But if you have to go, just hug your parents’ goodbye as you will NEVER come back alive, cos your life will be waisted. |
Army officer, dismissied for running on BRT lane and police office jailed ove N10,000. Well, let the policeman be dismissed also, not jailing him only. |
She is right. The so called winner is not supposed to be. How can someone who could not answer simple question be given the crown? What are the components of beauty? Brain, elegancy, beauty and built. The most vital is your communication skill. If you are beautiful and you cannot express yourself, then that is not beauty. I am beginning to now see this contest as an in-house thing where the winner has been predetermined before the competition. |
http://beta.news.yahoo.com/jury-convicts-ex-ill-gov-blagojevich-retrial-191413841.html Ex Governor convicted and faces 10 to 15yrs term. Our courts here in Nigeria should start convicting these government officials if Goodluck Jonathan is serious with corruption. You should not pay lips service to corruption. ONLY conviction of people in government can send the right signal to the youths that corruption is bad and deadly to the Nation. EFCC and the courts should convict these government officials to get things right. The judiciary is not doing enough at all. The judicial system in Nigeria is full of biased individuals as they are not helping EFCC to get things right. I advocate for special courts to try corrupt government officials. Because the two arms of government The national Assembly and House of Representatives are full of corrupt individuals, they tend to go against the trial of their colleagues. Why can’t these two arms declare the take home pay? What is their job got to do with sharing money and going home with such amount of money? Why cant the money given to them be directly be used by the federal government to build factories to the constituencies where these people come from? Why must these individuals collect such amount of money to their individual pockets when the poverty level in Nigeria is high? I keep asking why? Why can’t the President stop this jumbo pay? Why? Youths getting involved in crime, while our government officials flaunt their wealth for all to see and nothing happens while youths go about looking for jobs? Other countries are getting it right by sending corrupt government officials to long term prison to send the right signals to the younger generation that you must be clean to take up a leadership position in the society. Here in Nigeria, we worship corrupt individuals to send the wrong signal to the younger generation. Must our courts free, government individuals? Must our courts give someone who stole billions low jail term of six months with plea bargain? Is that the best way to preach corruption? I heard some youths discussing that if he can get into government and steal billions, then be given 3 yrs, he will go to prison and relax for the 3 yrs and come out to enjoy his money. If they gave a bank manager who stole billions, 6 months prison term on a hospital bed, then he will steal what has never been stolen before and enter plea bargain. Now can we see the danger in our attitude and that of the judiciary who supposed to get things right? Please fellow Nairaland, is our government getting things right on corruption? |

what's the score? Is it televised? |
@kq (m) I Thank you my Brother, God bless you. I do not know why people reason with their legs instead of their brain. Poeple call someone names when they have not confirmed the truth. This is bank transaction and I am a banker and mistakes could be made at anytime. People started calling him thief. Too bad. |
2 old holes. They cannot stay without sleeping around |
The bank is useless. Maybe they had wanted to take off the money through the Governor's A/C but the something could not click as the governor cleared the money when he noticed the credit balance. For me, I will tell the bank to spread it over 15yrs. Period, if I like, Well the bank is lucky they were dealing with someone who also benefits from the government. For me, na only my head you go the look because nobi me put the mony there. What a fu--ck. Wmy must they say the governor is a fraud? He is not a fraud at all. Is the bank that is fraud. |
RMD knows ONLY how to interpret ladies. He loves ladies so much that he misses hanging around them as movie actor, cos in government job, some kind of reestriction though he enjoys big yansh there, but he loves them young out there in nollywood where he will have time to taste check |
Poster You be serious mumu. I dont think you are a man, but half man. this is stupiiid topic. go nd lick her anu-s. Mumu. How come you dont know that this lady is a pure harlot? poor you. |
The woman knew what she was doing==stealing kids.If she is mentally sick, those kids will not be looking healthy. The only problem is that she is not smart. She blew the whistle against herself and God knew the best means to expose the woman, that was why He allowed her friend to bring her to Lagos. |
@tpia@ You said the truth, Dont bring God into this. This woman is not the biological mother to these babies. Let them go anywhere. This need not to be an issue for people to even argue |
@proudly9ja The husband denied that he is not responsible. How come we keep arguing on this issue. The woman's husband made it clear that he stayed away from the woman cos, she claimed she had the babies and claimed he was the one that is responsible. The man said he did not attend the naming ceremony cos the woman said she is a prophetes and prays for people to give birth. This woman stole these children period. |
@Excelboi Sorry my fellow nairaland. This was an issue posted by one Adekunle and needed public advise hence my posting and contribution. Excelboi, hope you are ok with my explanation |
Money. Without money no Love. Period. How can you reason well and think of love when you don’t have money? How can one feel love when you don’t have job? How can a man's manhood rise, when his brain is not settled? Any man who has not eaten and his manhood is rising, you have to check him, he must be mentally sick. If a woman wants to sleep with a man when she is hungry and have not eaten, then she is equally mentally sick. How can you look smart when you do not have money? How can you appear good without money? Money is beauty. That is why people like OBJ can even sleep with an 18yr old girl. What is Love? Combination of so many things put together is love. |
Fashola, the best Governor |
Let me tell you young man, love is not blind rather, an emotional attachment that comes from the inner self. Being that this lady has a baby from this other guy; she must have emotional attachment that she cannot throw away. Listen, even if you have billions and spend on the same girl, ONLY she knows where she is coming form. You do not know her emotional love with the guy before both parted. You do not know if they have any spiritual covenant of which is only known to both of them. You cannot force her to love or marry you. If you go ahead to force her into this marriage, it will not last. If you go ahead to marry the girl or this lady goes ahead to marry you, she will be sleeping with the father of the baby at your back. Nothing can stop this. Since you have noticed the traces, better back off and call off the relationship if you don't want to go through marital problems in the future. You cannot, I repeat, change her spiritual instinct. The taste of friendship is not the taste of marriage. Go down on your kneels, and ask your creator for your own wife. How can you claim that the child loves you and call you daddy? The baby is still a child and with time, must ask for her real father. Allow this lady to go, no matter what. You should even encourage her to go back so that you can get yourself free. Marriage is not a bed of roses. How can you start as a single man by having problems now when the lady in question is having a child? Have a rethink and reason well. You are just been carried a way with her looks and certain qualities, but is she meant for you? No. |
Fellow nairaland, this is an emotional issue from someone who needed an advise from you. I am in a fix; I really cannot believe I am in the middle of this situation I find myself. Not in my wildest dreams did I ever think I could ever be in the middle of a love tango, because right from my youth, I have never been an emotional person. This probably was because of my upbringing. I grew up in a home where there was no love lost between my parents. My mother always had a cause to quarrel with my daddy and their quarrel was always because of this strange woman or that other woman. My mother was always accusing daddy of keeping chains of women outside their marriage and this was always the reason why daddy did not have time or show her enough affection and love. She never complained that daddy did not meet up to his financial obligations, her complaint was always lack of affection and love and sometimes she would cry so much that we almost all the time ended up crying with her. Because of this, I made up my mind early in life not to get emotionally tangled with any woman I was not interested in making any woman cry the way my father made my mother, because she eventually became an emotional wreck. We eventually got to know that daddy actually had other women and other children outside our home and that wasn’t until after his death. For me this was the most painful aspect, because really during those times, I used to believe my mother was overdoing things a little bit. This, however, did not mean that I did not date ladies when I was growing up, but I made sure I spelt out what I wanted from the beginning of my relationship. This attitude of mine earned me a lot of names, but I really did not care because I never made any woman cry, at least none that I knew. It however is a thing of surprise, even to me that I could find myself in this type of situation, today. It all started six years ago. My mother had another crisis, and we took her to the hospital, this time she was a little bad that she had to be admitted. I was her only unmarried male child, so I was always around her at the hospital. I made sure I visited her before I went to work in the morning and I go back to see her before going home in the night. Sometimes if I had enough time, I would visit her during office hours when my work schedule was light. My main problem, started at the hospital where I met Helen and her daughter. I really cannot lay hands on what the attraction was, but I liked her from the moment I met her. Her two-year-old daughter was also sick, she was on admission too, and was being treated for measles. Helen was always around, every time I went to visit mum, sometimes her mother and siblings would be around to keep her company. Sometimes, when I or my siblings, got to the hospital, mum, would ask us to thank her or her people as they had assisted her while we were not around. This got us talking, and I learnt that she was a youth corps member serving the nation at one of the big telecommunication companies. She got pregnant for her boyfriend who travelled two years ago, and in fact her pregnancy became a controversy, until she gave birth to a little girl before her boyfriend’s parents accepted her, because she took after him. He however, had never set eyes on the little girl, but once in a while his parents come around to visit and his mother made sure that she took care of the little girl. We became close and we started dating afterward. I really liked Helen, I really had no choice and without knowing what hit me I fell in love with her. I never really believed that I could have any problem with her London guy or his family at any time. I was so used to her family and daughter that she actually called me dad. Our relationship, however, had to wait this long before we decided to formalise our relationship because she wanted to study for her master’s degree, I also had to travel out of the country for about two years. Although, I had breaks and I came home often because of her and my mother. Late last year when both of us had settled, we decided that it was time we tied the nuptial knot and we chose to get married in May this year because coincidentally, the three of us, Helen her daughter and I were born in May, this however, was not to be because her boyfriend and father of her daughter came back to the country in March and wanted her and her daughter back. This was a guy who had earlier got married in the United Kingdom to a Nigerian lady and who had categorically spelt it out to Helen, in black and white that he was not interested in her and her daughter. He never at any time cared for both of them; it was his mother who took care of the little girl whenever she could. He came back to the country because his mother took ill and died, and according to him, his interest in Helen and her child was fulfilling his mother’s death bed request. I thought Helen, loved me enough to call his bluff and tell him to go to hell, I thought I had found my ideal woman in her, because apart from the fact that she is pretty, she has all the qualities any sensible man would want in a woman and all the qualities I particularly want in a woman I want to spend the remaining part of my life with. Having waited for this long to find a life partner, I didn’t feel losing her to another man would do my life any good. At the initial stage, Helen stood her ground and insisted she wanted nothing from him, but she began to waiver when he started demanding for his daughter. She began to have a rethink. I never thought women could be so fickle minded. I am not really bothered about the fact that this man came back and started making problems, my problem however is Helen, because I felt she loved me to the extent that nothing could shake her feelings for me. Sometimes, I wonder how women think, with all due apologies. This was a man she knew quite well that was married and has his own family; I however couldnt see why his threat to take his daughter away should give her any problem. I asked the question, which daughter? A girl who does not know him? A girl who calls me daddy and a girl I am ready to adopt and call my own for life, a girl I would love like my own child. A girl loved by every member of my family. Helen really destabilised me. I was shaken by her lack of loyalty to our love. Although we were able to settle the issue. Helen’s mother stood her ground and vowed that never would Helen marry or have anything to do with this guy as long as she lives. What if she wasn’t here? What if there was nobody to stand up to this guy except she was no more? What if a similar situation occurs after we get married or if we were already married before this guy came back, would Helen because of her love for her daughter abandon our marriage? Does she really love me? Monica, I have my doubts, I really don’t want a situation that I would have to regret marrying her in future. Please, help me; I really need your advice before I commit myself to a life I would live to regret. My mother, siblings and friends, have assured me that all would be well, but I still have my reservations. Does Helen love me enough? Does she trust me enough to be her daughter’s father? Or why did she ever think of going back to her daughter’s father? I am yet to find answers to these questions and I don’t think I will be happy until I can. Please, help me. Adekunle. |
@ miss Bosslady You are right. Maybe she got 6 wombs and the babies were hiding and were all fertilised by different Spermatozoa as the husband denied ownership. Some ate cook-ies others ate fufu and some bread and beans as they look different. That woman na thief |
@proudly9ja You need brain evaluation cos of your comment |
