Tony Spike: This is how cultism starts in high school and continues at tertiary level. Just some days ago, somebody mentioned that cultism doesn't exist in Rivers State. The truth is that the whole of South-South States has some forms of cultism, ranging from mild to severe. The most pathetic fact is that this is an "all-girls" school and a Federal Government College for that matter...When they have sex always like matured ladies they feel that they r matured and can do away wit anything. Sexuallity freaks the mind |
Ishilove: I'm on both. You can PM me let me give you my fb addyNice to knw My email address is angayejunior@yahoo.com And ma pin is 2447DC43 |

Whiteguru: well . good try. but lets see, is this just one poem, or different poams put together. A poem must strife to convey the feelings in the mind of the author by each verse and also in its entirety. Being a good poet is not all about being able to lump rhymmes together and make them sound vaguely strange. A poetry must carry a message and a good poet is one whose got a message and is able to pass it accross as succint as possible. Good try like i said. but work on the message.whiteguru first of all are u a poet ? If u where u wud be able to pick elements and poetic devices from phrases , this isn't conventional everyday write U have to reread and pick the tread from the poem. U talk about lumps of ryhmes hw many lines actually rhyme together, hw long have u been writin poetry ? Anyways thanks |
Ishilove: Beautiful...thanks. @ ishilove r u a poet ? |
Cosmic evolution Mummified lost treasures Hidden beneath this planet Only but pressure separates Diamonds from Gold A man's Conscience could never be sold Few roam the earth Angels among men The chosen The gifted They see beyond the canvas of a perfectly painted portrait They reach for the milky ways Re stacking the galaxy of things Demi-gods they 're seen Fractions of immortals beings Reality seems unreal Their actions Fantasies of only dreams Time tries to steal Memories of this I stay glued to my sleep Unawake To the world that now breeds on sin A perfect lip kiss Ignorance beckons bliss Faith over turns facts As a school child In lack of a snack My word hunger Drives me phrase crazy My mind swam away Far into sea Pursing A ship that had drowned Centuries before I was born My heart was scorned In fury It ignites and burns Praying for sanity in a world of chaos Set me on fire Tear my heart in bits and pieces Separate arteries from my skin Shred my thoughts For I sought The light kindled from the stars There's a God I search no more I've stop counting strawls He rips my flaws His love is Lawlessly graceful In Him I found my peace There is a GOD So I search no MORE. ALTERS TO SACRIFCE By Angaye Da Afrikan Sonnet vast treasures seeded beyond observations Lo here nor there Destinies tied to flinches of ideas Trees decide not the direction of breeze Thrones built on wombs of dreams Battles conquered not by swift or speed But at the price of blood A slain day old child cries On alters of sacrifice aisles trailing with offerings Burnt up into heavens eyes vast treasures seeded beyond observations Lo here nor there |
NUMBERS PART2 By Angaye Da Afrikan Sonnet Object of measure Speck of certainty Unary operations that plots our lives Transpose of events past Matrixes that elopes evolution Arithmetic’s of emotions Expressed in bits of fractions Abstract objects that sum our lives There is equality in numbers Serial components of our lives Sequence that guides all natural occurrences Elements to all of existence Place values to wrong and right There is balance in numbers Twisted logic bending beyond limits Deductions inferring theories of black and white Clamoring from false into truth Perfect quotient of our lives Caught between loops Where finite functions never seem to count Recursive algorithms plot our lives Yielding possibilities in a never ending strife Cyclic summations to imperfect precisions Variables to all existence Product of measure to all events alive and one that died. There is beauty in Numbers |
HELION PRIME By Angaye Da Afrikan Sonnet Build of shadows Lurking in darkness Crawl in absence of light Stall all brightness Avail to night Crumbling hands of reasons Drowning truth to death Shadows build and lurk in the darkness Crawl in the absence of light Crumbled hands of reason Sky screams loud Reflecting beautiful stars glitter A million miles into orbit Heliion prime slowly shuts and dies The sky screams and reflects star glitter Millions of miles in an orbit Hellium burns and suns rise A light of one god binds us all Hellium burns sun rise Love lights world One God binds us all.. PLEA FOR LIGHT (themed DYING YOUNG) By Angaye Da Afrikan Sonnet Stars stretch radiant light Across a mile of sky Reality sinks in The brink of silence Harps perfect peace The Gleam of light converges Darkness draws nay I walk abode blinded by her bright Light streams through her eyes Tears lush the taste of sorrow Sunk in my broken heart Moon melts away in rotary course Gravity pulls heels to ground Lost was the treasure i had found Buried she was under-ground Her radiance still shimmers The brink of silence AWakes my senses Night light slowly dies In my plea for more light shine I lose her night after night As stars lose radiance of light I plea for more light shine so i could watch her one more time Before daylight steals her from perfect sight. |
EN ROUTE TO PARADISE By Angaye Da Afrikan Sonnet Mothers’ heart Quietly ticks Sorrow thrives silently Decadence suffocates world Burying innocence She shivers Her temperament rises Hurt prolongs All the treasures eventually decay in the slow period of time Eclipse of sorrow derails the thought Moon echoes hope Light paints darkness Plots of the stars Trails us a route to paradise Å star dies Soul travels on route to paradise Earth mourns angel Heaven buries a saint Copyright Angaye Da Afrikan Sonnet Poems 2012 |
