Today, I am filled with so much joy and gratitude as I announce the safe arrival of my triplets at 34 weeks of pregnancy! Three precious blessings, three beautiful reasons to be grateful, and three testimonies of God's goodness. 🥹❤️❤️❤️

My IVF journey has not been an easy one. During my first IVF journey, with just one embryo transferred, I was blessed with my beautiful baby boy, whom I delivered at 35 weeks, weighing 3.0 kg. That experience gave me so much hope and he is 6years old now.

However, my subsequent journey was incredibly challenging. I returned to the same clinic for another procedure, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful, and I experienced serious complications that put my life at risk. There were moments when things were so difficult that I nearly lost my life. It was a frightening experience, but through it all, I held on to hope.

By God's grace, a colleague referred me to another clinic, and I decided to try again. Today, I am celebrating the safe arrival of my three precious babies! Words cannot fully express how grateful I am. From a journey filled with pain, uncertainty and fear to holding three precious blessings in my heart, I am truly overwhelmed with gratitude. 🙏😭❤️

✨ MEET MY LITTLE MIRACLES! ✨

👶 Baby 1: 2.0 kg (4 lb 6.5 oz)

👶 Baby 2: 1.8 kg (3 lb 15.5 oz)

👶 Baby 3: 2.17 kg (4 lb 12.5 oz)

📍 Gestational age at delivery: 34 weeks

My babies arrived a little earlier than full term, so they are receiving the care and monitoring they need. We are taking things one day at a time, trusting the process and praying for their continued growth, strength and good health. ❤️🙏

To everyone still waiting for their miracle, especially those going through IVF, fertility treatments, pregnancy loss, failed cycles or difficult medical experiences, please do not feel that your story is over because one chapter has been painful.

I know that everyone's journey is different, and I would never pretend that the road is easy or promise that everyone will have the same outcome. But I want to encourage you to keep hope alive, seek appropriate medical care, ask questions, lean on people who support you and give yourself grace through the difficult days.

Sometimes the journey takes a different turn from what we imagined. There may be tears before the smiles, uncertainty before the answers, and difficult days when all you can do is take one step at a time.

To those still waiting for their bundle of joy, I celebrate you in advance. May you find strength, comfort, support and renewed hope along your journey. And when you see announcements like mine, please remember that you are not forgotten, and your worth is not defined by how quickly your dream comes true. ❤️🫂

Good morning mothers
I am a new mum. My baby is 2 months old and has catarrh and sneeze sometimes. However, few weeks ago he was admitted in the hospital for the same reason and given vit c and pyriton. Before then, we were advised by the doctor who took his delivery that we must cover him up very well. Which we did religiously even applying methylator to feet and palms. Ehile on admission, we were told to dress him according to weather and make sure everywhere is ventilated. Which we have been doing. Now he's down with catarrh. Do we go back to using pyriton and vit c. Then he used it and there was improvement.

You can continue with vit c to improve his immune system but I can’t say the same for piriton. You may want to reduce exposure to direct air like fan and AC.

Also, very importantly, stop with the use of mentholatum for now on him. It does more harm to infants than good.


It breaks down blood cells, and applying it on baby's nose, face, or chest can cause airway inflammation, increased mucus production, and severe breathing difficulties. I have used it religiously before on my child for “prevention” of cold a long time ago and I have also learnt that it does more harm than good.

I'm still having light occasional bleeding and mild pain. I don't know when it'll end.

Please who has experienced missed period with very faint urine PT make una torchlight this matter for me biko
I have never missed my period for years, very clockwork 27 days cycle.

This cycle I tested and has a faint positive on 13dpo, with mild pelvic cramps on and off. Serum PT was negative.

I'm already 5 weeks but all of a sudden all pregnancy symptoms disappeard overnight.
Nausea, fuller boobs, frequent urination, mild cramps and back ache all gone!

I did a Beta HCG test earlier and my result came out at 20.17 IU/L at 4 weeks 3 days.
Any hopes for me please? Ideal numbers for 3-4 weeks gestation is 500 and above. Non pregnant individuals is less than 5 iu/l

Kindly share your experiences with me.

I’m back to clear the cobwebs! It feels so good to be here again after so many years.

This group was such a huge part of my first pregnancy journey. The things I learned and the support I got from pregnancy all the way until I had my baby girl in 2017. She’s 9 years old now by the way

I had another pregnancy in 2022, but sadly, I lost my baby at a little over 5 months in March 2023. It was a really difficult experience, especially because that pregnancy came with quite a lot of complications, and unfortunately, I also experienced some negligence from the hospital I was using from the very early weeks until I lost the pregnancy.

Now, here I am again. I tested positive last week, and I’m honestly excited, grateful, but also very scared. I haven’t confirmed exactly how far gone I am yet because my periods have been irregular over the past two months, but as soon as I get that confirmed, I’ll definitely update the group.

I’m really hoping and praying that this time, I get to see the journey all the way to the end and bring home a healthy baby.

I’d also love to ask the experienced mamas here: when is the appropriate time to start antenatal care? Given my previous experience and the complications I had, I honestly don’t want to take any risks this time. I’m quite anxious and would really appreciate advice on when I should begin and anything I should be doing from these very early weeks.

Most hospitals start antenatal from 12 weeks but you can start or continue your routine drugs for now. That is really the main thing to be doing this time.

Please house,I have some questions to ask. Since the day I missed my period I have been having cramps, although it is mild but I couldn't rule it out. Doctor gave me some antibiotics for uti and ulcer. I am done but no changes. What could be wrong?

Secondly from my scan,I should be 7weeks and 4 days now and the only drug I take is folic acid. I don't know anything that's to be done at this stage. Please help out. Thank you

Hello mama…. For the cramp, please work closely with your doctor. It’s sometimes like that and sometimes may need intervention.

For your medication, folic acid is the most important for now. You may want to add ferrous, if you like. You can never go wrong with folic acid especially now that the spine and Brain are forming.

However, There are other medications that combines all other individual drugs and vitamins too for pregnant women but run it through your doctor so the check if the folic acid content is adequate.

If there is a way you can manage, I will say you should wait it out till around 7 weeks or so. I remember I had sharp burning sensation while urinating at the early stage of this pregnancy. It burns if I delay toilet visit but all disappeared later.

Your doctor knows best tho but just I try as much as possible in pregnancy especially early stage. It's a critical stage

I am fine too ma’am, pushing it as I look forward. This pregnancy has laziness in the package to the extent that I haven’t done another scan since the early 7weeks scan. If I have done another, I may have known baby’s gender and started buying necessary things.

My son going to 4y having swollen left cheek to the ear side, we have used different types of anti biotic drugs.

Even taken him to health centre near us they gave him some injections for about 3days and some drugs.

The problem is that it will go for sometime and swollen again after some days.

Lest I forgot some even prescribed white vitamin C and even 10 keys.

All to no avail.

Hope that is not mumps. Why not take the child to see a proper pediatrician in general hospital or any standard hospital
