If you are duly registered for ANC there, just go. Possibilities are that you won't even meet the previous doctor since it's government hospital

Pls mamas in the house has anyone experienced a peppery painful sensation on the right side of my upper tummy, directly under my right breast! Because of pandemic I decided to go to a nearby lab just to check it out probably it’s the Baby’s leg or something (since I didn’t know what to make of it! I’m 32weeks gone) the lab guy said gall stone but it’s nothing to worry about, that it will most likely go on it’s own..I was not at peace so I decided to visit my clinic, I perceive the doctor didn’t take me serious as he just kept asking questions to make me feel like I don’t know what I’m saying, all he did was give me Pantatozine injection!
The pain did not subside, it’s as though I have an open wound in that location (it’s not ulcer)
Pls mamas any advice or relatable experience! I don’t just want to assume that every pain i feel is pregnancy related and keep mute..this is unusual!

Why not try see another doctor in your hospital especially since you are not getting better

My 2 year old baby is always touching things opening cupboard pulling things out. She is happy all the time but never stops , some times she bites other kids,anyone tell me any method that has given results or do i have to wait for her to grow more?

you might have to wait for her to grow more. Teach her it's bad to bite tho. My son is almost 3,still does all of these except the biting tho

You can take her to the hospital and check her SB level just to be sure. I don't know about the skin but i know the eyes takes time to clear. It clears gradually even after treatment is completed

I birthed my LO on Friday the 29th of May through ECS.
She is currently 5days old and has developed jaundice.
She has been placed under the UV Light.
How long will she stay under it?

Depending on the SB level, she might not stay more than 3days. Repeat test will be done daily to check how its dropping.
Am sure she will be giving medication alongside the phototherapy. Another important thing is feeding, feed her often so she can poo and wee well, she will have to excrete the bilirubin out of her system. Wishing her quick recovery

It at some point s soaked into the diaper and then was like egusi soup when I gave her colic calm.

If its like egusi and doesn't sink completely in the diaper like urine, i don't think you have any reason to worry but if it bothers you much you may see a doctor

is there a home rememdy for it?
corona is making me not want to go to hospital that much, so i prefer exhausting all reasonable options first.
if the stooling continues for over 24hrs, guess i would hv no option but to go to hospital

i suspect breast milk may hv caused it, but its Over 10hrs since their last breast milk meal , and its still yet to stop.

By stooling, you mean the poo sink completely inside the diaper? Or how do you describe the consistency of the poo and how frequent?

That is the point, that coconut water Oil or Olive oil cleaning is what they are advising against in other to allow that slimy government remain for a day.

Just like that? That one is beyond me o but with the way baby look when just delivered, i doubt if anyone wants to keep a baby without been cleaned for a whole day in that state. Like how do they want to do it, won't they wear the baby cloth? Well, thia is beyond me then.

Hello mamas, lastweek I did scan and measured 36weeks (2.9 kg) even though I was supposed to be 34weeks according to LMP. This has affected my EDD. Is the measurement and weight something I should be concerned about?

No need to worry, it is expected at this stage because of baby's weight. Doesn't really change anything. It's still +/- 2weeks

A friend living in Texas was advising that when I deliver, my baby should not be washed immediately for several reasons in the attached image.

Normally, they don't bath baby immediately, that's what the coconut or olive oil in your list is used for. Baby is usually cleaned with ladysept pad along side drops of coconut oil.
Most hospitals bath for your baby the next day. I guess that's the standard in standard hospitals.

No milo till a year please. Some do give with no issues but the pediatricians say it's not appropriate

Yes I took before taking the tea and pap and after too. Dr later came to give me injection and ask me not to take anything again including water. I finally farted this morning and I feel much better with no body pain at all.

Thanks sis! I’ve had to figure most things out on my own! Well the latest is I went for a scan today, from my calculation I should be 31 weeks but report says 28..he also says baby is head down(cepahlic presentation) i didn’t know the turning can happen so early..any relatable experience? Besides I feel pain arnd my VJ, walking hurts as I feel pain on my right waist to my butt! I just pray I don’t exceed July..that August the Man wrote in the report is a No No..I can’t wait to be free��

You should let your doctor see your scan result or try and do another scan somewhere else, maybe in 2 weeks time. Most people either read their week or a week or 2 ahead at this stage due to the size of baby so I think read 3 weeks behind may need to be investigated.

About cephalic presentation, baby still have time and space to turn or flip at this stage so this might not be the final positioning but the good thing is they will mostly go back to cephalic when it time to be born.

The pain is probably as a result of baby head and the pressure been exacted on the VJ

I have taken one pack (the 4 abi nah 5 in one pack) of peppermint and yet nothing yet oo or do I need to buy more? I took liptom tea and pap yesterday but I'm told not to eat solid food like rice much, if at all I want to eat it the problem is that I am not comfortable cause my tummy is bloated and when I touch it, I feel pain . So I need the gas to find their way out of my body so that I can be free.

You can take more, just chew it well and swallow. Did you take it before loading yourself with pap and others? Its always easier to release gas that way. Another option is take coke (use the cover, few sips at a time)

Nothing is wrong, especially if it's not bright red blood. After 28weeks, i stopped wearing pad, but then started taking pepper soup and i it started again though not fresh blood, i was even happy sef cos I can't imagine there is still residue in there. Body differs dear and the way they cleaned you up during the procedure matters too
