I paid N1,500 for Bozac longspan. Merchant is asking for N50 extra but I already planned on giving him N100 extra anyways for satusfactorily completing the project as I always do.

I don't know what you are building so I cannot say if the 150k is much or not.. but I paid way much more than that because I have a very big Duplex and 2 units of 2 bedrooms as the BQ. So you cannot really compare. It will be based on the size of your building.

RED COPY just means Registered copy that has been recorded legally in their office... The actual copy is not RED paper o.

in lagos,registered survey in lagos cost 150k for a plot in mainland and 300k for a plot in island.

here in anambra, its 50k for a plot. but cheaper for many plots. its calculated in the no of square metres and the no of beacon no they will buy at the survey office. you can end up doing 10 plots here for between 100k to 150k here.

How I which I can carry my Land to Anambra , impossible.

I did this at Ado-Odo LGA. Red Copy means the survey is filed at Surveyor General Office.
RED COPY just means "RECORDED COPY" at Survey office. It's not valid if not recorded.
Some surveyor just give you a copy and they never record it and the appropriate Office.
