I don't know but we paid about 160k for everything ranging from registration fee, survey fee, annual ground rent fee, premium fee and title fee all through remita.

Good afternoon sir/ma, please kindly help me with these.

I am really surprised about this price, I asked a friend of mine yes about C of O I was told is between 400,000 to 450,000 Naira. Please ma, can you kindly elaborate more on this C of O for one plot and half plot of land in Ogun state, Sango Ota to be precise. Such as;

1) What documents to have before approach federal government.

2) What documents is relevant or not. ( because I was told that deed of agreement was not necessary as long as I have omo Onilę receipt of purchase)

3) step by step instructions and process .

Thanks ma.

You & your sister have ALL necessary DIY info on the docs et al requirements to land her visa, so go for it right away and come back with testimony.

By the way, always inquire here about anything before making payments to any vendor. As justwise rightly said, travel insurance cert like TB clearance not a criteria for UK granting visit visa. It pains me seeing the so called travel agents making applicants spend money for unnecessary things! Please don't let them add anything outside all we have enumerated up here to your application.

Understood sir, thanks

Not a requirement for the UK visa application but you can add it if you want.

Any other type of visa..student, spouse or Tie 2 visa type will attract NHS surcharge which is as good as travel insurance but for visiting visa no.

Okay, thanks once again sir, remain bless

There is nothing like tax clearance if you work for a company, your salary is net.

Only business owners submit tax papers. As an employee your salary is taxed already and you don't need tax clearance for visa application.

Flight booking is not necessarily but you need to get actual flight cost and outline it in your budget. You can book your flight after getting your visa.

Thank! Thanks!! Thanks!!! Is very clear to me now. But what about travel insurance sir ?

Hope you have same surname. You could add some social communication (mail, whatsapp etc) between you both to that.
What docs from her end? She should major on everything ties to naija, everything.

I hope my sister didn't need Provisional or paid flight booking and tax clearance ?

With the bolded done (even half way done coz annikyshaya would provide more than a letter), then she is no more sponsoring herself.
Annikyshaya, please be diligent in going about this. Do not ruin the opportunity. There is no rule that says you can't accommodate and feed your sister while on a wedding shopping spree in UK. She has good ties back home just be sure you provide her adequate docs from your end and I bet it, she will land d visit visa in no time. All the best

Thanks , these are d documents am planning to give her:

Passport photo page
Page of my status
Visiting letter
Letter from employers
Bank statement
Payslip
Tenants agreement
Supporting statement

I hope all dis with her own documents results to VISA grin

I think she stands a better chance sponsoring herself, the amount she needs should be like 300k and since she has 1m in her account, its perfect. She should collect letters from her employer and you should also write a letter to say you will be the one to cover accommodation and feeding.

Thanks, ok since everyone said I should let her sponsor herself, i will support her with accommodate and feeding since is going to be staying with me. Thanks to everyone that has contributed so far. God bless you all.

Amount available for the trip and the categories she is to spend it on. Let the chunk of the budget be for her wedding shopping.

I am of the opinion that she (annikyshaya) sponsor in the aspects of feeding and accommodation while she stake her savings on flight and shopping(afterall she has being saving for her coming wedding). Reason being that she would need budget more than 6/7months salary if she is to be On Her Own. Flight alone should be around 2months plus of her salary.
The ECO would mind why she want to spend 7m
onths salaries on 'visitation'

I will let you know d out come of everything. Thanks

If truly she has the 1M in her account, let her use her salary account, e e you have 100million pounds in your account, they have no business with you, They wanna know if truly she can afford to cater for herself when in the UK. But if u insist you wanna sponsor her without her account then apply with immediate effect, Use priority, and also use iKeja, a trial will convince us.

Thanks, am not saying she's not going to use her account, definitely she will add her bank statement with d documents, am just saying seen am d one inviting her I should cater for ( flight, food and accommodation) dat all, so that d main money will be for only shopping. Thanks.

A 120k paying job, balance of 1m in acct, wedding around the corner etc give your sister a sound tie to naija. She stands a good chance
As Tunderule said, include her wedding iv, intro pics, leave letter from coy, ALL necessary docs from you as earlier stated etc.
Finally, post wat her budget looks like here for people input.
Best wishes to her and a HML in advance

Sorry I don't understand what u mean by her budget . Thanks

The usual big thing.
Strong proof that she will return home.
So look for letter from her employer stating that she will return to her job on such and such date.
Any property.
Any other proof she has.

Although you are paying, her stable and healthy bank account help. I gives something to return to.

Thanks sir, definitely d employer is going to give her leave letter states start date and returning to work from d leave, as have said b4 that d only asset she has is landed property. Is that enough? If not what other things she can get now apart from d ones u mention as I want to put in for her in August. Thanks once again sir.

if you intend to sponsor, then she just need to get document that shows strong ties with Nigeria e.g properties, work documents , assets, shares documents, landed properties, family, marriage..

My personal opinion, will be she should sponsor herself.... but you should support with accommodation... since she has funds in her account...
She can also include the wedding ceremony documents... like invitation cards... etc..

Thanks very much, I understand that she can sponsor herself but with the rate of money now 1 million is just 2000 pounds now, but I would still like to sponsor her because after d visiting she can have something to fall back on. The only thing she got is landed property but I don't know which of d documents she should take out of it all . Thanks once again
