My dear, I went through your previous posts and I'd be sincere with you.
Has your husband repeated an SFA after the last one of 13M? If he doesn't have a count of a minimum of 20M with good mortility and at least 50% active then he might not be able to impregnate you.
If your HSG was good (bilateral tubal potency) and the hormonal profile result I saw (although there isn't a range but it doesn't seem bad) then all you need is pregnacare conception while your husband needs manix+vit E to increase his sperm count. Unless you are above 35 then I'd recommend myo-inositol or ovaboost

Progesterone doesnt produce hcg. A growing embryo does but obvious it didnt stay thats why it faded

The result isn't too bad aside for progesterone which is low for the day 21,it means there was no ovulation in that cycle. Anovulatory cycle. I hope your doc was right.. Which I doubt due to the cramps you are experiencing lately

Good morning all, I have been following this thread for a while and I want to thank you all for all what you have doing in this group. May God answer all our prayers.
I have been TTC for a while now, doc asked me to go for HSG and progesterone test which I did and it came out good. Placed me on clomid and Bromergon, for 2 months, later on I started having severe cramps from Cd12 to Cd14. Later on my period became irregular 4 days difference. Following months the cramp increased to almost everyday. Went for scan during my ovulation period, and I was told I had adnexal cyst, rushed to the doc, he said it wasn't a cyst and that what the scan captured was my eggs. I eventually went for a full hormonal profile test, though the doc said I don't need it since my progesterone is okay. Pls Sabi Mamas and papa's can you explain this result for me. Did the test on my day 2 and 21

I met with gynae who gave me a stimulant injection, then i also took clomid. But still AF. My fiance suggested herbal ,we both went and the Ijaw woman told me that my womb is down and that is why whenever my fiance makes love to me, the sperm pours out. I have had similar experience before. You are reacting to Piperaquine which is a bisquinoline composition of P-Alaxin. This has got nothing to do with having sex with a lady or you being purnished by God. I am sure the adverse reaction started after the 2nd or last dose of the Antimalaria drug. Mostpeople that hasn't gone through this bad experience won't understand. Even some Doctors will tell you it's "Psychological" " It's all in your head"
Though I won't rule out an undiagnosed anxiety disorder which might have remained idle in your body for decades until the antimalarial drug triggered it and made it become a full blown anxiety issue. You need to be patient with your body to allow it recover from the Antimalarial drug toxicity. Piperaquine has got a biological half life of 33 days, which means it will stay in your system for several weeks before elimination ( This doesn't means it would take you several weeks to recover from the symptoms ) Drink plenty of water, try to rest more and take your mind off it if you can cope naturally without medication. Just assure yourself that the symptoms was a result of an antimalarial drug side effect and it will fade off with time. This has nothing to do with spiritual bondage whatseoever. If you are finding it hard to cope naturally, try visit a nearby hospital for help to enable the Dr prescribe a low dose beta-blocker ( For your fast heart rate ) and an anti-anxiety medication on a short term basis ( To help you with sleep and restlessness ) We don't have good government in this country. There are many DANGEROUS Antimalarial drugs circulating the Nigerian market. These drugs has got NAFDAC approvals but most countries abroad has classified them as drugs of last resort or totally banned in some countries due to dangerous side effect.
