Big 4 needs ican or Acca but you can enter and start writing Acca.

There is better chance of making legit millions in Investment Banking. Investment bankers are the only ones that can earn more than Treasurers and I'm not talking about salary. I have a friend whose first bonus was ₦20m, and that was 5 years ago.

It depends on the bank, the bank I work for, it's contract staff that are sacked easily, not for core staff, most core staff retire if they want.
