Dear Nairlanders,

It has come to my attention that not up to 2weeks of our president's take over of Nigeria's governance, some of you have been using unprintable words on him.

It is highly regrettable that we sit behind our computers and phones and call the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria a dullard. This is not right! We must learn to respect those in authority. What has Buhari done that warrants him to be called a dullard? The two religions most Nigerians practice tells us to respect those in authority.

Nevertheless, we must criticize where we believe PMB has erred, but we must refrain from using demeaning and derogatory terms. This must stop.

I urge the moderators of Nairaland to follow this trend closely, lest Nairaland becomes a forum to insult a sitting president.

We will not tolerate this!

Three drunk guys were returning from a burial ceremony when fate ran out on them and resulted in this funny but real accident. It happened that the drunken driver drove and hit an Okada man carrying one Lady @ the back. Though the Lady'§ leg was affected quite much due to the impact but she was rushed to a nearby clinic for immediate attention and the bike too was damaged so badly. After the accident happened, it was so funny that one of them didn't even know that their car got involved in an accident, He was busy sleeping like a Goat. When one of his drunk colleague went to tap him to wake up to reality, he woke up and said "NOTHING DEY HAPPEN" and then He started Vomiting due to the excessive Alcohol he had consumed. The car that these guys used belong to a father of one of them. We they say...."You don't need to be uncontrollably High to get on the steering" people won't hear.....see what this has landed them now. Advice: Don't drink and drive...........If you know you are intoxicated, let a friend that is not drunk help you out or better still wait for your eye to clear before getting hold of the steering.

My cousin (male) came home last Christmas looking
for a wife, I told him about my girlfriend and we
agreed to invite her over so that he can see her.
At last he liked her, collected her phone number
from me, though I told her before doing that.
But here is the deal between me and him, he made
it clear to me never to disclose what he does for a
living to her now, but rather I should tell her he is
a security man living in Mushin… ( note: he is a
rich business man but he is afraid to disclose his
identity now, because according to him, he is
looking for a lady that will love him for whom he is
and not for what he is)…
They met, he told her the same thing, after
everything she came to me to know whether it’s
true, I told her yes… But she should give him a

avail, I let go!
Later he found another lady, paid her bride price
last February, they are planning for their
traditional marriage soon..
Now, I don’t know how my girlfriend ran into him
and discovered he is a rich business guy… She
called me yesterday afternoon and gave me the
insult of my life. Her reason is that I shouldn’t
have lied to her in the first place, knowing fully
well we are friends… that a friend is not supposed
to lie to a friend… Her sisters called me and told
me the same thing. But when I tried to explain
things, they hung the phone on me..
I am planning to go over to their place today to
explain things to her sisters and apologize too, but
my own sisters are still with the opinion that I did
nothing wrong..

It should be 99 days for the owner and just one day for the thief cos of complacency on the part of the owner to keep watch 100% of the time.
