As long as you have paid the agent in full for their services, you are meant to have full access to your application. Furthermore, you need to know what is happening to your application. U never know if a decision has been made or a request as made of you to respond.

I understand the anxiety from some of these agents especially if you are in the dark as to the status of your application. You can have access to your application but the implication of this is that your agent wont be able to access your account anymore (2) You would have to fill a form disassociating yourself from the agent and submit on your GC Key before your account is retrieved.

In fairness to agents, some are very good with what they do so i am not sure which particular agent is handing your application.

In the event you decide to dissassociate yourself from your agent and want to retreive your account. I posted some guide on how to do this on the link below:

Gcms note is document that gives you an overview of how your application was handled, which office, what is delaying it and in the event you were denied, the note also gives you a better explanation(written by the visa officer) of why your application was denied on each denial reasons given.

Please go through the thread and you will find all relevant documents you will require for your application. You are to also note that you will need to show an extra $5000cad in you account for each child you are taking with you.

You can either have all in your account or your sponsor has the tuition while you can have the living expense in your own account

The naira debit cards are not allowed to make international payments of more than $100. I think that has changed thoughbut if its still declining, thats the reason why. Try other cards, if it doesnt work. I can help you pay but I sell at a rate of 470 to $1CAD.

You do not need an application number to book an upfront medicals. You only need your international passport

It is advisable that you do use a gcms note to reapply as you would need to address the vo's concerns

Hello everyone, please I need your opinions and possible solutions on this.
Early 2020 my uncle introduced my parents to a Canada travel agent who collected 300k to help me do student visa. He only took my passport details and family details, and didn't ask for any of my documents
I did biometrics few weeks after he started and for good 10 months he didn't give me any feedback but just kept saying they haven't sent a response due to covid 19
I got tired of waiting around then reached out to someone who advised me to send an email to Canada embassy and explain everything cos I do actually have my application number
I did send the email and two days after I received a response with a letter attached in it, they've refused my student visa since April 2020 which was barely a month after I did biometrics and this bastard agent kept me in the dark, that was when I knew he had finessed me (it was a generic refusal by the way). It was a whole lotta drama after that which is not even pertinent to why I'm here.
Fast forward, I asked the agent to give me the whole details he used for my application, he printed it out for me and I went through everything, could you believe this bastard agent filled Lautech for me in my educational background meanwhile I didn't go to lautech but finished from another university. He probably used fake docs to secure admission for me, i dont even know.
Now if I wanna apply again, I dont know how to go about it because they already have that information the agent put down which is wrong

If I were you, that agent will spend the full month in a mosquito infested prison and I will be there to watch.

Nothing spoil. All you need do is take command of your application, apply with your actual academic docs. Come visa time, you will need to do a lot of explaining especially in the lautech the agent used for you previously. You can attach the mail you sent to them explaining your situation whixh prompted them to reply your mail.

I don't stay in Abuja though. I've tried calling all their numbers since last week.

You book online at either IOM abuja or Ikeja(lagos) or Qlife family clinic in VI (Lagos)

True but I have someone I assisted to apply for his gcms note. When the notes dropped, the vo acknowledged his sponsor(father) but complained the applicant didnt include his. The vo went on to wonder how does the applicant tend to cater for his living expenses when all the money in piled up in the father's account far away in Nigeria.

I would say it worked for you doesnt mean it will work for another.
