What was the content of the mails you havebee sending to Ircc. Is it as regards to delay in your application?

If yes, confirm if the email address you were using is the email that was used to submit the application.

You might have to respond with answers to the queries asked.

I got similar reply from MP for my family x5 on the 10th July. Application was submitted 30th April.

Was initially firing routing mails n web forms until last week Thursday I paused to allow the 12 weeks elapse on the 22nd July.

Although they've been replying all the old web forms of since May n June one by one notifying that application is still under process.

My question is why do you think there may be documents gap with Onwekes submission? Perhaps same might apply to me?

PS: I applied for my GCMS notes since May 30th, it was due July 4th but its been delayed. Yet to arrive as of now.

Visa officers are humans and they sometimes omit documents as seen on onweke gcms note. So it safer to sometimes apply for notes to ensure that the visa officer does not tell you you didn't attached your admission letter meanwhile you did.

I am currently looking at a gcms note, the lady was denied because her admission letter was not seen meanwhile you submitted it.

Yeah, I mean, from what I've read on here and what Anon123 said, do a Letter of Explanation ASAP and attach those bank statements, letter of sponsorship, gift deed, etc. Again as soon as possible. If I remember correctly, I think your account has been recommended for eligibility review so do that fast before a decision is reached. Wish you all the very best! You're almost there.

In addition to this, is the applicant employed?

If yes, he need to send his employment letter, his own bank statement and payslip cos on the note, the visa officer said no proof of income for Applicant

Tell your friend the bolded means that the application is currently on eligibility review.

I would recommend he applied for a gcms note to help him know what might be missing or was omitted by the visa officer before a decision is made

Is it okay to start firing emails the moment medicals are done? I did my medicals on the 4th of July, applied 8th, and biometrics on the 13th. Should I wait it out for a month or start firing emails ASAP? My resumption is still January but you never know with these guys.

Wait for a month and few days before mailing them.

I completed my upfront medicals today and sent the e-medical sheet to IRCC via webform, they respond in a month? I think, QLife said they upload within 5-10 business days and I was the first to complete my process at the clinic today so hopefully they upload mine quite early. I just pray that IRCC processes my medical examination on time and onto the next step by God's Grace...I think I'll start bombarding them with e-mails from next week. I really appreciate your assistance so far, God bless!

Ircc will not update your medicals ontill qlife has sent them your results.

The slip is just an evidence of medicals done.

Hey guys my game note just came pls can someone help me I submitted my sponsors bank statement of account but on the note it says no proof of funds is it that they didn’t see it or what and I paid 2,200 deposit attached to my application and 7,300 sent through webform Dey only acknowledged the 7,300 and left the 2,200 .

Did you attach your own bank statement?

What do you do for a living and did you attach evidence of employment along with monthly pay slip?

Send an LOE ASAP to clarify your visa officer what you submitted.

Attach evidence of whatever you are addressing.

I didn't apply. I apply for people interested.

A gcms note takes 30-40days depending on the volume of application available.

You can always submit your visa application without the receipt but ensure you get the tuition receipt available and send via email and webform multiple times

Don't take Sept. You might not meet the resumption date cos of IRCC.

Ask them if they will give you full uninterrupted access to your applications when they have submitted your visa. If no, don't come ad complain when they tell you they won't give you access cos of one lame excuse.

Your resumption date is September, it's not near yet. No they don't respond quickly but they try to acknowledge most times after several bombardments
Just ask them for position as you haven't heard anything from them.

And the program is fast track with co-OP optional

Okay. You might have to proceed with the advanced diploma. Just work on your SOP, try to pay the first semester fees if you can and ensure you show hometies (family and business), prove relationship between yourself and sponsor.

When you open your visa portal, On the section Review of eligibility, if it changes from "We are processing your application" to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements "

Then you application is on elegibility review.

I gained admission into a University in Canada, NB and applied for a study visa on June 30th, 2022, I applied for the fall intake so my school resumes in early September, Is there any possibility that I can get my visa before then? I heard that someone got theirs in a month, 2 months and so I'm wondering if this is accurate?

Yes it is possible you would get a decision before September but also possible you might not get. Therefore it is advised you always sending mails to disturb IRCC especially when the application has exceeded the 12weeks processing time and when you resumption date is close.

Applications can take a few weeks, a month or 2 but it's not a regular occurrance so don't put your mind into it.

Upfront medicals is just booking and getting your medicals done without submitting your study permit application

Yes with a degree you can still go for an advanced diploma. Don't the initial pdg course have another session you can defer to ?
