Lots of pictures to show this cousin has been in your life and your family, WhatsApp causual chats between you and him, chats of him agreeing to sponsor you if there was any. Family tree, family consent letter to confirm the cousin's eagerness to sponsor you.

Birth certificates and/or marriage certificate to explain the relationship/family tree

You can add the cousin parents consent as well as a bonus.

In a normal situation, IRCC is meant to acknowledge the additional documents you have sent but since they havent, it doesnt mean they have not received it and it does not also means that you will keep sending.

I am recommending that you resend one more time and then stop.

I believe the requirements for a study permit is the program has to be FULL TIME and not part time.

I havent seen anybody applying for a visa for a part time course.

from what I know a friend did was when his old passport was about 8 months from expiring and he didn’t want to submit the old one but the new one for stamping
He got to write a small note sending to ircc through webform in his own case he said the passport was missing that’s why he had to get a new one for stamping

Mind you it wasn’t missing he just didn’t want the stamp to be on the one that had 8 months validity and even the old passport number would surely be on the new passport.

Yes to answer your question it would be stamped….. he should just write a note to ircc explaining why he is sending a new passport since the old one hasn’t expired

My master program has started at university of Windsor may 9 and eligibility review started since April 29th ( more than 20 days now). Applied since march 3 timeline below

my school emailed me last week asking how soonest can i get my visa and i said hopefully before the end of this month. They replied that I should consider deferring that its too late Please Abeg advice me. Should I defer or wait till the end of this week (second week of resumption) or even end of the month

And could it be that IRCC has kept me stuck on eligibility review because they want me to update a new LOA. Abeg help a brother i am confused �

YES, Please defer the admission immediately as your school advised so seeing that your reply to them doesnt show any guarantees.

For the bolded, it is highly possible your application will be paused as they are waiting on an updated LOA. IRCC hardly send mails asking for updated LOA or inform you that your medicals has expired. It is expected the applicant should be aware of this..

I asked cos i advised him to send the old and new passports but no guarantees they will stamp the new one as it wasnt the one he applied for a visa with.

Once you create an account, next step is to give answers to the questionnaires, then it will take you to the page where you are to upload your merged documents and the completed forms. You can download the forms there that you are expected to fill.

I have already submitted web forms three times. First, by using the new web form, also specifically to Nairobi, then to Lagos.

I have also contacted them using emails, but no response yet. How then does one know if they’ve done the needful considering the marking on the screenshot attached?

If you have sent, be rest assured it has been updated.

Most times they do not respond hence it is advised you send more than once

You can not get a PGD with a 3rd class.. An advanced diploma is your best bet..

You will get it but ensure your work experience aligns with the intended course.

It is very important to note that I was rejected on the basis of personal asset and financial status. Paid my first term tuition. I have applied for gmcs note but can't wait anymore.

1) Attaching an SOP and LOE will be okay.. The LOE should focus on defending the previous denial with what you have changed or introduced to address the visa officer concern

2) You are to do all the points you outlined.

3) Yes and more like, you present employment letter, stduy leave, family birth certificates and/or pictures etc

4) Theres no template.. Nobody can tell your story more than you.

I want to pay my fees before sending in my visa application but I was told for me to get the form A it will take about 3 to 4 weeks and that is the only document remaining for me to upload. So I am asking if I can submit my visa application and then send the proof I have paid my fees on a later date.

The evidence you are sending to IRCC is the receipts from the school.
