1. "numbers" should be Number without the quote with a capital N

2. Remove the quote from "11", putting it in between quotes makes it a string instead of a number that it's supposed to be.

Most employers that go on Reddit are already set to hire as 1099. They are mostly small startups looking for people active in whatever subs that talks about the role they want to hire for. And mostly from SF or California for me. My first remote job was from Reddit. From application to starting the job took like two weeks. BUT, I was already active for a few months on several subs related to the role. Reddit is NOT a job board, but personally for meI have found success there. Others may have a different experience.

I see a lot of jobs ads on Reddit but if you're not active you can't even comment in those subreddits

Lol algorithms skills are needed for the interviews rather. Interview in big tech is centered solely around algorithms and systems design. No one cares about your stack or your field of software development. I don't know if you follow this girl adaora. She's very intelligent. She used to be a frontend developer but now she does cloud computing and embedded systems at Microsoft. With big companies it's all about the ability to learn fast and how smart you are not what you know or have done before. You should be able to pick up anything and run with it.

Lol the Indian guy is just now learning html and css for his internship. He spent all his time learning algorithms and design patterns. Well it depends sha just get job you fit start with that html and css then when you get job you start dey learn those dsa cause dsa fit take you more than 2 years to get good. At least to be earning some money during that period. I don't know your situation. If your parents are very well to do and rucb then it's wiser to learn everything to get the high paying role but if you are from a poor family it's better to learn something that can give you a job at least and you can start learning the core things in that job. Imagine you dey learn dsa or design patterns and laptop spoil and You went through serious pain to even get the laptop

So my colleague created a Shopify Framework UI Kit and it is available for sale in ThemeForest, this is what I will be using to create a theme, the name of the UI kit on ThemeForest is "RiRa Shopify eCommerce Website UI Kit", I worked with him on this, guided him on the templates to design for Shopify.

I will create a Github repo for this tomorrow but it will be private and not available for public but the notes here will encourage others to develop a store.

I'm currently writing a Shopify theme too, it's quite straightforward to grasp honestly. But I just feel the dawn theme that people use as a base for development is kinda complicated.

I'm really moving at a very slow pace. the schema thing was a bit stressful to jump into, maybe na because of the back and forth with Shopify theme push command. Instant changes would have made a huge difference.

I'm referring to seeing your config option in the theme editor dashboard and playing with them.

Omo if I succeed with this theme eh, I go retire ooo people sell theme for $200+ and 1 company fit dey sell 10+ theme monthly

while shopify theme dev is not really hard, dawn theme is kind of complicated, I feel its because of the web component and custom elements they used, I played around with shopify theme customization few months ago, shopify cli use my eye see shege, too many bugs as at then,they should have fixed some of those issues by now. I couldn't run theme serve because the cli was mixing up my partner account with my shopify account, I found a way around it sha. I would be back but for now I want to focus on react and headless shopify, I have my eyes on hydrogen, after building a headless theme with nextJs I would jump on Hydrogen.
