The tins shows on my body like I am having measles but it's not measles
I have gone to our local doctor he prescribed drugs for me but it did not go, I went to the chemist I usually patronise and she sold drugs to me, now I use to buy the drugs every weeks still this tin refuses to go. My woman called another nurse of her, she prescribed an injection for me and my woman, each injection is 14k, now I have bought two of it yet the symptoms persists
What do I use pls, doctor in the house.
Now I can't stay for 10sec without scratching my body as I use to feel the tingling and biting sensation all over my body..pls help me
It's probably a fungal infection, maybe jock itch (Tinea cruris) and it's siblings.
Go and see a doctor!
Meanwhile it can easily be treated with a non steroidal antifungal cream and you might want to add pills for your case.
1. Get Ketoconazole antifungal cream 2. Get 2 packs of Ketoconazole Tablets take 1 tablet per day (don't over use it)
Both cream and the tablet shouldn't cost more than 2.5k
While using the above get one of these cheap antiseptic soaps (tura, tethmosol or whatever you can afford)
Use the soap to bath twice daily then rub the antifungal cream all over your body including your private part.
If you do these you would be free in less than 2 to 3 weeks
Spend more time knowing how Linux works, and make it work with your workflow (scripts, Cron jobs, shorten complex commands to aliases, and more that'll come to you). That already done, get to doing some actual work.
Avoid theming like a madman. Ricing is cool, till you install this seemingly harmless widget/extension that'll cause you issues like a memory leak, which leads to freezing, makes you do a clean reinstall because you don't have a backup via Timeshift, and uninstalling the offending widget didn't change anything (true story).
Other than that, here are some tips; Get Timeshift (backup your data, it doesn't extend to files stored) Avoid updating your packages/system the moment an update drops, even if it's a kernel update (6.4.* freezing on AMD CPUs, 6.4.9 fixed it for some). Wait for others to review before doing so.
The bolded happened to one time, after setting up the best theme in the world (for my mind) one last tweak ruined everything, the experience was very annoying
micellgevity: A friend came to me yesterday, he wanted to sell his house to relocate to Canada. He is 42+ yrs. He is assured of a tourist visa that will cost him 1.8m excluding ticket. He wants to to know if it is worth it considering his age. Also he is afraid that if he sells his house in Ilorin (a new site) and the things go south what will happen. Another thing he is assured is that his visa can be extended before expiration. He wants to know whether he can truly work with a tourist visa of 5 yrs and whether his visa can be extended. Your inputs will be appreciated. Thanks.
5 years tourist visa? And for 1.8 million naira?
Your friend is about to be scammed by one of those so called visa agents
Yes! I will doubt him. He keeps saying that Brazil is a very good country. But I will tell you that it's a very big lie!!!! I lived in Brazil for 2 years, the crime rate is very terrible! Does he even know that?? I had to live Brazil for Sweden where I have the quality of life and peace that I now enjoy. If you're migrating to South American country please do your research very very well so you won't regret it. Also I was tired of their Spanish language. If you can't speak Spanish, na you sabi.
Met a man on a flight to Angola. Claims to be Nigerian with Angola passport but I don't trust him though there are elements of truth I what he said. He said some Nigerians mainly Igbos in Angola have Angola passport which they get through the backyard anyway. Original passport but through bribbing immigration. It helps them to be able to travel to southern African countries easily due to SADC agreement and it is easy to go to Brazil, mexico and Portugal You easily get 2 years visa for Brazil with their passport, likewise mexico and Portugal 6 months visa. It is also easier to get US and Canada visa from there because their people don't flock these countries due to language barrier. They mostly go to Brazil, mexico and Portugal A brother I do go to play with here got his Canada visa in 2 weeks because very very low traffic from Angola despite using Nigeria passport but with a working visa. So he has a bank account in Angola, driver's license a dn other ID that easily qualifies him to be able to access embassies from Angola easily
Dadaboy: I saw this “japa” thread on the frontpage and thought it would be good to say one or two things and especially give an update on my previous thread;
So, after making researches, i opted to go through the study route to Europe - applied and got admitted into a school and did the necessary to get an appointment to submit for my visa.
It was hard to get an appointment to submit for my visa application to Poland and with the frustration, i opted to go through the United Kingdom which i got my visa and resident permit. where i then applied for the visa and got it.
Now here’s my experience thus far; nothing has made me happier than settling here. And even though the journey was tough, i scaled through and live an even more affordable and peaceful life here than in the United Kingdom. Talk less of Nigeria..
Accommodation is affordably cheap just like food and life overall is just amazing. when i moved in here, almost everyday goes by with me wondering why i did not relocate long before now.
So if you have such plan but feel discouraged, brace up and work hard towards it. life is not terrible as many people (with no experience abroad) tell you.
Just be sure to have a good skill that pays, make proper research and prepare rightly before relocating.
Leaving this country now is my top priority, not Europe though, maybe later, for now SA is the goal
In my opinion, your initial plan is okay especially if you are not ready to get pregnant yet. Most westerners who want to stay longer in Brazil do this. Study visa gives you Temporary Resident Permit and you can bring your family. While on this permit you can get pregnant, have a baby and eventually change to Permanent residency. Duration of your temporary permit depends on the duration of your course. A lot of people opt for Portuguese schools and it’s usually 1 year, if you’re going for masters, it may be up to 3 years. Regarding Jobs, you’ll need to speak Portuguese to get a good paying job except you can get a remote job from the UK, US etc. You can also decide to teach English. If you study portugese for a year, you may be able to achieve the first option. If you’re a business person, the market is there if you find a good product.
If you consider distance, I would say your family should apply for tourist visa as well so you can all be together here, once you convert to a permit, they can convert as well. If you plan well, the cost isn’t much compared to other countries and you can DIY.
I’m here with my family, we are doing fine but it’s really God’s Grace and I still have plans to Japa. If you don’t mind the language barrier, Brazil is a good country and the economy is growing stronger.
I don’t know if I answered your questions well but if you have any doubt, feel free to contact me and I can explain better.
Hello ma'am, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being very difficult, how difficult is it to convert from tourist visa to student visa in Brazil?
I would also like to know if I would need to write Vestibular to get admission into Brazilian University for masters program?
sukkot: Oh dont worry about it bro. currently running the business out of blog-spot. dont worry about it. thanks anyway. i will get to your initial question asap

If it's not very urgent then, I would contact you when I get back to base or get access to a laptop. Are you cool with that?

Regardless of the kind of wife you marry, she'll need a lawyer for a formal divorce, and an ignorant/unexposed wife doesn't necessarily imply an ignorant/unexposed attorney. So if you happen to be in a place where the law works, you might still end up paying. The question is, would you stand in the way of your family moving abroad based on the fear that your wife might seek divorce and take half of your money? Well, some men might actually do that, but when you take a moment to understand how alimony works, you might reconsider.
There's no law that states a woman is entitled to half of her husband's wealth in case of divorce. That would be gender bias. In most cases, the law only states that the wealthier partner pays alimony to make up for the time the less earner spent in care of the marriage. For obvious reasons, it's mostly the men that pay. However, we have many famous women who have paid alimony to thier spouses. Things like the reason for the breakup, how much you were earning before marriage vs after marriage, wife's income, nature of wife's work, your amount of involvement in home keeping, etc. are all put into consideration when alimony is calculated. Therefore, they're are very good arguments that can reduce alimony to almost nothing for men.
When you marry someone with similar or even higher education level and ensure that you both work the same hours and do all the house chores together, then your attorney will be in a better position to reduce your alimony when divorce is filed. However, this won't work for African men cause in reality, thier women mostly spend time taking care of the family and keeping the home together and thereby affording the men the time to go out there and make money. Parting ways with such a wife without paying a dime will be a difficult height regardless of how good the attorney is.
Another option is to get a prenuptial agreement before marriage. This works well for working class couples that do well on thier own. With such agreement, no one pays the other in the case of divorce. But again, men that sign such agreements should be ready to let the wife pursue her career to the best of her ability and manage her money/investments without interference. Now this is not cheap. Since both couples are high fliers and nobody can be tied down by home chores, this normally results in getting people to help with home keeping and child care. Many would argue this unafrican. Some men won't be happy until thier wives sweat in the kitchen cooking for them or wake up early to get the kids ready for school. And some women see prenup as lack of trust.
So leaving someone you really like to settle with some girl from a rural area with the hope that she won't divorce you some day and take your money with her doesn't sound like a great idea. The smart thing is to know how alimony works and put that into consideration in every step of the marital journey.
