Where is cluelessness in what he said? In fact, it is your types he was referring to
The cluelessness is in his ignorance of his responsibility towards the youths since the mid 1970s when he has been in the highest corridors of power starting as the military governor of North Eastern state, which is the headquarters of Boko Haram and the worst poverty and diseases in our country.
Do you now understand his being clueless with his loose talk that shows how irresponsible he ishuh

It is so hard to belive that this government replaced another on the basis of competence.... shameful. Its a pity we donot have serious political opposition. Can the people see why it is absolutely necessary to have a functional and vibrant multiparty democracy. Can we now see why it necessary to have strong institutions not strong men. Because when the strong men fail.... what do the people do.

We as a people are learning the lessons of life the very hard way. It will be tragic to continue in this stead.

Shun sentiments. It is killing this country.
The bold is terribly funny but fatalistically true.
Spot on comment.

Buhari faults crackdown on Boko Haram
JUNE 3, 2013

Presidential candidate for the Congress for Progressive Change in the 2011 Presidential election, Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd), has frowned on the emergency rule in parts of the North. He alleged that innocent civilians were being killed in the states.

Buhari speaking during a Liberty FM Hausa Service Programme, Guest of the Week, on Sunday in Kaduna said that Boko Haram members were being killed and their houses demolished unlike the “special treatment” given to the Niger Delta militants by the Federal Government.

Even when our duly elected President, who has the responsibility of making an official statement on such matter, has made the position of our country known. UNN is a Federal Institution and all infrastructure within the walls of the school are part of the responsibilities of the Federal Government.

Water Reticulation is a water infrastructural project that takes a lot to be achieved
I have to disagree with you.
Provision of water to all residents and establishments in a state is the responsibility of the state government through its Water Corporations/Boards that charge for the water consumed. That is constitutional.
Are other federal establishments/buildings also to be supplied water by the federal government? Federal secretariat? NTA stations? Radio Nigeria? Customs, Police, Army, Navy, Air Force, FRSC Offices etc?
Is this your attitude not what has led us to where we are - down in all HDI since the 1970s to the extent of becoming the extreme poverty capital of the world and one of Africa's shittyhole nations?

Hmmm...
That is quite commendable. State Government aiding Federal Government's Institution
Is water provision a federal government responsibility or that of the state governmenthuh
Do you know?
Is the state responsible for providing water to every house, office, shop, school, clinic, mosque, church, shrine etc or that is the job of the federal government?

Well i kind of agreed its a work in progress not excluding the fact that more and efficient delivery is needed couple with epileptic electricity supply, as for cities covered, you know its a new pipe formation layout all the old pipes were discarded.

Well lets give them time and see how far they can connect major street.

NB my major concern with this project, it seems as if na we the citizen bear the cost of connection, i went to water corporation here in Nsukka only to be charge 130,000 excluding materials ooo..
Seems like we are making excuses for the failures of our current public servants compared to those of the past.
Why is that sohuh

you are right. I wasn't expecting to see any feeders in the professional league. I don't know of what use and importance is their partnership with la liga if they can't copy some few rules to help shape the league to become standard. It's wrong and bad for both feeders and their senior team playing in professional league buh lmc been doing anyhow lately.
The partnership is another cover for looting and stealing the people's money while exciting the electorate who don't ask tough questions and analyse issues thoroughly.
