Lord zouga!!!!!! Hmmmm i dnt really get you!:/ wait 1st when amnesty was granted 2 the militants it was because they had a ground and they were fighting 4 what belongs to them! Bt the case of boko haram has gone out of hands, they have been termed international terrorists and u say amnesty?? Amnesty my foot!!
