I was asked to fill a taxpayer form when trying to withdraw from upwork, please someone who has withdrawn before should guide me on this.

To the best of my knowledge Google is a giant company that work on diverse technologies, almost all languages are been used by google, I stand to be corrected. For me I code android using kotlin and also react native got cross platform.

You have already done the said treatment for an infection, it is expected to have another SFA done at least a month from when the first one is done to confirm or rule out infection as the primary agent to the disabling motility of your spermatozoons.

Be patient! Maintain a good personal hygiene and a good balance diet, take fruit, avoid wearing multiple pants , no hard drug use/ no smoking/reduce alcohol use and attend to your personal stress on daily basis...

If you can sustain these then expect motility will improve.

Yes it was antibiotics though i don't know the exact type of antibiotics.

After the treatment, have you gone to repeat analysis for improvement?

I started the treatment since last month.
I took 10 injections and after that I continued with another set of tablets
Metrodonazole and levofloxacine.

Though I have not gone to recheck if i the infection is completely gone.

But i just feel like I'm free from the infection but i will still do the check but please I'm very much concerned about the sperm motility rate. because it's way too low.

Is there any hope for me?

How can I start improving it, and how long would it take to become normal
