Based on the sensitivity of the antibiotics. You actually don’t need IV antibiotics. You can take oral antibiotics with good oral bioavailability and still achieve the same outcome with IV/IMeg ciprofloxacin (shows slight sensitivity)

By clinical details, I meant you should state why you have the test done in the first place.
It shows you have a higher number of non motile sperm. You need to treat the infection first. Staphylococcus is less of an issue as it is probably normal skin contaminant when you produced the sample.
You need to treat the e.coli with antibiotics. the question is, 1) is this coming from a UTI or STI. Difficult to tell but treatment is similar regardless. You also need to submit urine sample for MC&S
If the reason for the test is inability to conceive, you might also need Scrotal Doppler ultrasound scan

Yea the test for inability to convince, and you might to right about that staphylococcus because my wife own was negative and I was like why since we have been living together for a while.

As for the urine, he said it was fine,it's in the result but he said something like pulse cells

It means you have an infection of your urogenital tract. Probably epididymo-orchitis.
It is difficult to interpret lab results in isolation. You also need to include clinical details for comprehensive interpretation

Good evening doc, Pls I have been trying to get my wife pregnant for close to a year now but all to no avail.

To me I feel everything is okay with my wife since I met her a virgin

Though she had discharge which I believe I infected her with but you prescribed drugs for us and since after taking the drug, the discharge stop for over three months now,

But even at that, she has not been able to conceive which gives me the impression that the fault must be from my end.

There are two things that make up data analysis i.e the theoretical knowledge (statistics) and the technical aspect (tools used for data analysis). If you already have a sound knowledge of statistics, you can go ahead and pick any data analysis tools that best suit your taste.

Python is just one of those tools and whether it is enough for your analysis or not depends on your proficiency and the task you are using it for. There are a number of tools used by data analyst and python is just one of them. Excel, Power BI, Tableu, SQL, R, etc.... are just few of these tools (you can use google to know more about them and what they are best used for).

As with your own case, since you have understood the basics of python, you just have to master the libraries used for data analysis. I'll try to list them for you.....
Pandas
Numpy
Matplot
Seaborn
Plotly
Researchpy
Statsmodel etc...

You can as well sign up for basic statistics course online and learn it along with python.

thank you so much, as for statistics knowledge I Don't think its an issue because I studied mathematics.
I guess I will continue with understanding python and maybe once I'm able to lay my hands on a PC, I can go into the libraries, thanks.

I think this is more of a personal decision and the goal you intend to achieve after attaining a good level of competence in any of these subfields of data science. Do you want to learn the skill for the purpose of research or you are planning to seek for job with it?

While all these are subfields under data science, data analysis in my opinion can exist independently without going further in the pipeline of DS. I mean you can just build your skills around data analysis alone and seek proficiency in it and land yourself a job.

However, you can't learn about deep learning without first learning about ML (both DL and ML make up AI), whereas you may decide to start your DS career from ML without learning about data analysis (although you must be good in EDA to make a good ML engineer).

In addition, ML is still a type of data analysis known as predictive analytics whereas data analysis is only concerned about descriptive and inferential analytics. Every subfield of data science uses different approaches to gain insight from data and the approach you use all depends on your goal...

Make your findings and go for what best suits your need. If you just want to be a data analyst, go for it but if your goal is to become a data scientist, you have to combine all these subfields together....

Finally, I think I should share my journey so far in DS with you. I started learning python with the aim of using it for data analysis alone (learned the basics including OOP in less than two weeks), then I started mastering the libraries for analysis and after practicing with a number of data sets, I decided to go into ML because I'm this kind of person with an inquisitive mind. Currently I'm dealing DL and I hope to combine blockchain and AI in future for the purpose of research....

its almost yellowish in colour

according to her ,it doesn't ich her but it always stain her undies . I don't think there are other notable symptoms. most times when we have sex, I end up with bruises on my pen** maybe due to the discharge or something

they should put this to check before it escalate
