No. He can't be rearraigned in the same court on the same evidence that was not enough to convict him but he can be rearraigned on fresh evidence linking him to the crime. There could be an appeal in a higher court on same evidence if the prosecution believes the lower court erred. However, this particular case is dead on arrival. The DPP could not find sufficient evidence for the trial. It could be the police did a shoddy job or that the suspect was actually innocent.
