The CAN chairman in Kaduna state, John Joseph Hayab while speaking in an interview with Asrise TV on Wednesday alleged that the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai was only playing games and not speakinf for all Muslims in his viral anti-christian sentimental video.
