If a patient is unstable,you wont drag him to a theater for PCI or CABG. He has to be stabilized with crystaloids etc. Then later wheeled for those procedures. I know FMC is a low resource facility,I'm nor debating that with you. I don't think they may pace him. They may possibly give him atropine or pressure

Even UPTH, UBTH and others wouldn't attempt such. When last did they do such and how often. I say this because these are regular things that are very common within Feeder hospitals.
