4. Kaduna (mind-blowing town planning)
5. Jigawa. (nature's touch)
6. Plateau (nicest weather)
7. Benue. (nature's touch)
8. Enugu. (epic town planning/landscape)
9. Ondo (evergreen, landscape)
10. Owerri. (town planning)
11. Akwa Ibom (adorably evergreen)
12. Yobe (natural phenomenon)
13. Abuja (FG's touch of beauty)

IF Nigeria were to be intact...the Northern Nigeria will be the most expensive part of Nigeria to reside in.

I lived in Jigawa for a few years before kissing Nigeria goodbye, the North is the only region in Nigeria that comes closes to the beauty I witness abroad in terms of landscape and esthetics.
