omotohdarajugbogbolo: Good day fam,
I really need your advice on something.
I am a lady in my late twenties and I work with a multinational company here in Lagos. This is my third year on the job and I know I need a car now.
Now here's the issue; my siblings think that getting a car is a bad idea. Why? Cos am single.
My beloved brother said it would push men away from me
Please does this not sound myopic? I really don't get it.
House how do you see this cos I feel down right now. Buy your car. What is a man comes after two years. Buy your ccar. God will still send you a man. God bless |

Politics › Re: Ikoli-Awolowo Relationship: Ijaw-Yoruba Political Relationship by Appareil(m): 11:47pm On Dec 17, 2015 |
coolitempa: Very right. Awolowo's principal programs benefitted all the regions controlled by the then Action Group and as I understand it, the mid-west benefitted immensely. It always surprises me when I listen to what the haters like to spread which is that there is some animousity between yorubas and the SS minorities, a postulation which is not found in reality as in the case of ikoli by Awolowo, and Jonathan by Obasanjo until they fell out.
It is even more significant to point out the fact that people from the Niger-Delta have a much closer relationship with the yorubas and have lived very peacefully with us for years just like we have with them, until the recent migration from the south east, there has always been harmony in our relationship. The problem is the tribal hate of the core south easterners for everyone including themselves. Na wah oh!! May God intervene for the Igbos. I feel for them at this point. |

KunleBoye: But I can't imagine why elections in Bayelsa of just 8 local govt & 1086 polling units are being shredded in so much secrecy, violence everywhere and spilling of blood for just a Guber and running into the following day.
Our SS brothers should learn that Politics isn't a source of livelihood but a call to service. Please tell your brothers Tinubu and co to stop else the blood of those who have been killed will haunt them. No just upset me I beg. |

Jesusloveyou: it suppose to be an individual thing, as u can see, i am from ss, but i vehemently stood against d clueless corrupt hero, so u can decide to support gej, but it shouldn't be a blackmail for "we ss" to support biafran, bring out a better candidate from Biafra for president, "we ss" wil render d same support but we say #notobiafran My problem is that, you even believe there will be one. It is mere agitation as has been the case with others like u in the past. Anyway, I can see Naija.........! Na wona thing. If you continue, well! It is sad! |

TonyeBarcanista: That dude you quoted is "Confused". Ijaws have been living with other ethnic group for centuries without trouble. In Warri, they are with the Urhobo and Itsekiri, in Edo with the Binis, Esans etc, in Ondo they are with the Yorubas, in Rivers with the Ogonis, Ekpeyes, Ogbas, Ikwerri etc. Tonye, remember how I hailed you from here. This thing between you n the Igbo who fought your enemies with you during GEJ's struggle, doesn't sound right to me at all. Not so soon Ah ! Wona no try at all |
