trendingsleek: @trendingsleek All you need to know is at this link https://www.nairaland.com/4478747/diy-guide-australian-permanent-resident Go through it with a fine tooth comb and you will be good. You could also spend a good amount of time browsing through this link: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-finder This is what I did, and hope it helps. 2 Likes 1 Share |

MHBS: Honestly, the process can be daunting. And in as much as I did the entire process myself, I had help from family who had also migrated before and went through similar process, so I had people checking everything...so I must confess, you will need to find someone that can be your eyes or else you will miss something and that can be costly. Still, do a lot of research but let IMMI website be your major research and reference site... too many jargon on the internet. You might also consider an agent if necessary...just be careful, too many fake of those in the market too. Wish you the best. |

macfaded: Yes I did. I submitted company registration document, my founders agreement, and vesting rights letter. It might be different for everyone else, but I think the objective is to be truthful and provide as much evidence as you think is needed. All the best 2 Likes 1 Share |

bellong: Oh sorry Bellong, guess I wasn't clear. I already submitted employment letter, tax certificate and payslip. I submitted the above set of docs to 3 employments, but CO is asking for more evidence for one. My guess is the CO needs more verifiable proof that that company exists as its not as active online as the other two. What do you think? Reg certificate et al you mentioned before should be fine? 1 Like |

Thanks Belong, No the CO didn't ask for a specific evidence, just the general list as found on DIBP website. I only supplied an employment letter which doesn't state am a cofounder. Truth is I have investors, and though am a cofounder, am also an employee. Do you think I should also submit the signed founders agreement and our last audited accounts report. Thanks a lot. bellong: |

Hello Bellong and everyone. I need some guidance from the more experienced. I and my brother started and currently run a company as cofounders since 2014. The company is a limited liability company and has external investors. As cofounders we signed an agreement that makes provision to defer all or part of our salary. Besides the company has not grown as expected and so we've not been able to pay ourselves regularly, and when we do pay, its always part payment. To apply for the invite I got for 189 visa, I uploaded my employment letter, monthly payslip (which carries full payment am suppose to get), and tax return (I did direct assessment based on payslip). Now I need to submit more evidence of this employment. The only documents I have is the founders agreement we signed, the company's financial statement that shows deferred salary payment, and my bank account. The question is since my bank account entries will not match my payslip, how else can I proof this employment or are this additional documents enough. I will really appreciate any feedback. Thanks a lot. |

Casumugha: Yes it is. I actually was following the invite round report and it was obvious that for my ANSCO every 75 points were called in the last few months, including November. In fact for my NASCO the least point was 70. |

Hello Everyone, I am just wondering...is it advisable to do my medicals and police report before I lodge my application. Since police report is only valid for 3 months, I was thinking of doing it and the medicals after I apply. What do you guys think. |

Hello Everyone, If you've paid for the 189 visa fees, please can you tell me the best and cheapest means to pay. Is it possible to have someone pay for me with his foreign card, will that not be flagged as fraud. I tried paying Pearson that way for my PTE and they just locked my account and flagged it as fraud. Took me another 4 weeks to get it unlocked. Please any advice for your brother? |

bellong: Thanks for the feedback @bellong...will pension also be acceptable to DIBP. If I can get the company to pay the pension backlogs will that work? |

bellong: Yes. I am claiming points for work experience. Got assessed by ACS and had to submit only my employment reference letter on official letter head. |
