the world will watch as iran closes the strait of hormuz

When we told the NVBs here that the US military primacy is based largely on fictional hype, instead of tested credibility, they think we are just being hateful.

The greatest military on earth begging other nations to help it undo the closure of Hormuz: the reality speaks louder than a missile bang.

What happened to the incontestable US blue water navy? Where is the $1 trillion military power with the best of the best capabilities that no one can compete with in the world?

Now hear this, you deluded folks from the NVB clan; if I hear any of you parroting US military supremacy on this thread ever again, na straight ban for you. You guys should be covering your faces in shame.

competing narratives

what has gained much traction is seizing kharg island which by latest estimates accounts for 90% of iran's oil exports
then use it as leverage to get iran to give up the strait of hormuz and surrender

the little hiccup with that plan is that iran has gamed for that

during the iran-iraq war, saddam bombed kharg island to the smithereens
and that ushered in the tanker wars where iran and iraq took out each others oil tankers in the persian gulf

this time however, iran has established the equation where if their oil infrastructure is targeted, they'll take out oil infrastructure of everyone across the region

iran has alternatives for export
it will shut the pipeline station to kharg and reroute to other export platforms
if kharg is not bombed, but the 🤡🤡 attempt to perform an amphibious or paratroop insertion, iran will take out everything on the island leading to the largest single loss of us troops since vietnam

which again will then lead them to take out all oil infrastructure in the region

based on their
security for all or security for none doctrine

this will usher $200 oil
because this will not be a disruption of supplies, it will mean taking out infrastructure that'll take months to rebuild after the war ends
not disruption but medium-term dislocation

it is a dumb plan by washington
but it tracks
wsj reported that the pedo disregarded warnings about the hormuz closure by stating that he believed iran will surrender before closing it

that's how slow he is
so yea, he is likely to authorize that sh*t plan
and the persians would be on their knees thanking allah for the gift

-Lord
I did a bit of research on the scenario you painted, and I must say, the US would be daft to put boots on the ground in Kharg Island.

Iran has well entrenched underground tunnels in and around the Island with many and unknown capabilities lurking in the shadows.

Moreover, the Island is just 25 km from the Iranian mainland, meaning it is well within range of all Iranian missiles and drones strike echelons.

The Island is packed with hundreds of anti-ship missiles and fast moving boats laden with high yielding explosives. It has many secret and invisible launch points that are extremely difficult to spot from the sky.

You have to look also at the iranian defense strategy on the island---it is designed to make the cost of entry too high a price to pay. A US expeditionary force won't only be fighting a highly trained and well equipped Iranian army on the island, they'd be up against Iranian Air coverage, sea deployment and drone swarms that they're currently struggling to defend against across the Gulf.

It would be suicidal for any amphibious and expeditionary forces to land in there because in a worst case scenario, Iran would vaporize anything living there.

Except Trump is eager to commit a political suicide, I don't think he'd be that crazy enough to attempt a seizure of the island. But, like you rightly said, and based on what we have seen so far, no one should underestimate the pdf ability to act stupidly.

The thing is, while technology is suppose to make people more smarter, it ends doing the exact opposite. Many people are viewing the world through a close mind and one that is clouded by some form of sentiment.

Around 637 CE the Rashidun caliphate capture Jerusalem but they allow Christian, jews etc to live freely and go about their business in exchange they pay tax, churches where protected..

Fast forward to the year 1099 when the crusaders recapture the city, history reports that it was a massacre. Bodies pile the street, jews, Muslim and even some eastern Christian were not spared, it was one of the most violent recorded history.

The again in 1187 Saladin recapture the city and Christians where allowed to leave.

Now that is recorded history and one fool here was telling me because he was a Muslim for 20 he is now an Islamic expert or historian.
Religious indoctrination succeeds where people with low IQ and timid mindsets exist.

There is a reason why God no let muslim nations to be superpower. highly dangerous set of people. See jihad in Nigeria, see unrest all over the world. Can muslims allow christian-chriatian ticket in Nigeria? They will unleash jihad on Nigeria. You now want this set of people to have the most dangerous weapon ever created by man. Israel is around 10million people, one tsar nuclear bomb will wipe them off. North Korea doesn't threaten anybody, nothing like death to America or death to south Korea.
Your reasoning is very warp and laced with acidic bigotry.

Pakistan is a Muslim nation with nukes, how many jihad has it declared? How many times, if any, has Pakistan shouted "death to America" or "death to Israel" in spite of the insidious crimes those two have committed and still committing against fellow Muslim states across the region?

Now answer this: between Muslims and Christians who have committed the most heinous crime against humanity since the modern world began?

Historical context shows that christian-majority nations and western civilization accounts for the most devastating wars and destructions the world has ever known.

The two World Wars that led to
the deaths of about 100 million people, were not started by Muslim nations. These were conflicts ignited and fought primarily by Christian states in Europe, using advanced tech to wipe out entire generations. From the trenches of WWI to the horrific scale of the Holocaust and the firebombing of cities in WWll, the West has a history of violence that far outweighs anything both past and present Muslim life and religious antecedents entails. Folks like you should cover their face in shame, and not bring religion as a yardstick of measuring right and wrong in geopolitics and realpolitiks.

When it comes to the "most dangerous weapon ever created," you should remember that the only country that ever use nuclear bombs on a civilian population was a Christian-majority nation---the United Snakes of Abomination. The destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki showed the world that the West was willing to use total annihilation to achieve its goals.

So, If we are talking about who has the tendency to or has done the most harm to humanity on a global scale, the facts points directly toward the West and its historical Christian foundations rather than the Muslim world.

I hope this clears your ignorance.

And before you shout "you're a Muslim", know for sure I'm a born and bred Christian speaking facts just as the bible said every true believer should.

⚡Fertilizer prices are also skyrocketing following the closure of the straits.

Roughly 30%-35% of the world’s fertilizer passes through the Straits of Hormuz.

Food prices will increase two fold with higher energy and fertilizer prices.

Russia controls 20% of the market, if Hormuz is closed it becomes 31% of the market.
What is 35%? For example, 67% of Urea fertilizer, a major fertilizer used globally comes from the Persian Gulf. The absence of this fertilizer will trigger higher costs especially in poorer nations.

So, the US and IAEA planned release of 400 million barrels of oil from emergency reserves will amount to nothing considering that other factors like fertilizers will still drive up food and production costs globally. The Trump administration is learning now why the strait of Hormuz is Iran's equivalent of a nuclear bomb.

If the strait remains close for the next two weeks, protests will start hitting major cities across the west.

I understand how the bomb works. What’s confusing is an explosive blast below 60 meters destroying surrounding buildings and a structure close to the roof. It doesn’t matter what the roof is built with, if a structure close to it is destroyed, it shouldn’t be Structurally intact, it should be distorted in some way.

The protective structure is really close to the roof, this is the most confusing for me.

Am not an engineer but I know what an explosive blast is, I’ll just go with it’s a doctored picture or you don’t have enough information on this.

Satan Arabia cannot physically unblock the strait from their opposite side because the strait narrow course for larger ships only runs directly across Iranian maritime control lines.

The only thing Saudi can do is to circumvent the blockade by directly exporting oil (5-7 bpd) through the red sea. Unfortunately, that cannot replace the 17-21 millions bpd that usually goes through the strait. Moreover, the Houthis are waiting for them on the other side of the sea. I was really surprised by this because it proves that Iran's first stage layered defenses did a good job, and all the enemy's calculus about Iran's AD size, the ones destroyed and available are way, way wrong. Iran truly prepared for a long haul.

After absorbing the initial massive strikes from the hegemon and its pet project, wasting a larger proportion of their ammos, it make sense to now bring up the real defense systems that would make it easier for Tehran to curtail the enemy's strikes. Also, this entails Iran is preparing for something massive---something that could trigger huge repercussions or so.

We haven't seen the last of this war yet. There is more surprises to come.
