The US and NATO asked the Iraqi resistance for a 24-hour ceasefire, they agreed

Abu Mahdi al-Jafari", the military spokesman for Saraya Awliya al-Dam, announced in a statement that the Americans and NATO have asked the Iraqi government for a 24-hour ceasefire from the resistance groups to complete the withdrawal of their forces from the Victory Base in Baghdad to Turkey.

Jafari added that most of the Iraqi resistance groups that received the government's request agreed to a ceasefire on the condition that the positions of the Al-Hashd Al-Shaabi forces from the holy city of Samarra to Karbala are not targeted.
World's greatest military begging ordinary militias for a ceasefire.

I cover my left eye and my right yansh in shame.

Now, thousands of weapons in that location will fall into the groups hands, paving the way for a full fledged Iranian control of the Iraqi airspace.

This is a serious loss for the US. It will greatly undermine whatever ground ops they have against Iran. It will also make the cost of refueling and overflights across Iraqi airspace a Herculean, If not impossible task to do here after. No wonder the Iranian authorities are boasting they now control the skies in Iraq.

I can bet my left ball that Pentagon planners didn't see this coming.

This war is fast becoming a catastrophic endeavor for the devilish Zionist and American Evangelicals cult of which Trump and Bibi are willing puppets.

LordAdam16:
so after the us withdrew from all federal iraqi territory
the hegemony did a sleight of hand and retained a NATO mission on federal iraqi territory

the axis of resistance is now evicting this nato mission
nato requested a localized 24 hour ceasefire within iraq to facilitate prompt evacuation

-Lord
I said it here two days ago that an agreement was reached by those NATO countries to evaluate the base.

The US did try to reinforce that base by sending in helicopter forces. Maybe they thought it was Hollywood. Well, the militias sliced through them like butter and the survivals ran away like mad.

If NATO evacuate Iraq and the US loses access to it, it would add more strain to their operations because the militia will make it difficult for them to operate freely on Iraqi airspace, especially now that they are using hand launch SAM systems against aerial targets.

I think that is where the US 5000 forces are headed, to prevent the space from falling into the hands of direct Iranian control once the militia takes over.

This puts the Iraqi national army in a precarious position. They cannot be seen working hand-in-hand with enemies of Iran for fear of massive destabilization by factions loyal to the Persian cause, nor could they go up directly against the US that still controls the Iraqi economy.

And there is still the issue of the Kurdish militias which the Iraqi army must make a decision on. If the US succeeds in activating them, where would the support of the national army lies?

The only sure thing now is that Iran will gain a much firmer and bigger footing in Iraq as the war rages on.

Some elements of the Iranian forces have been deployed closer to the border areas with Iraq, because a potential move from that angle is increasingly becoming likely.

In the coming days or a week, we expect to see some very hot ground encounter in that part---whether in the federated territory or across the border into Iran.

Israel themselves just reported that about 4,292 persons have been injured since this war began.

That they're now releasing that figure means either the casualties have become too heavy for media censorship to contain or the genocidal warts are setting the ground for their next sinister moves.

But the sheer scale of destruction in Arad from last night's attack now compels me to ask, what kind of missile exactly did the persians drop in Israel last night shocked??
We did said there will be a lot of surprises during this war. There is so much more about iranian capabilities usreal doesn't know yet. The missile that struck Arad carries a 6-tonne payload. This will now convince the genocidal scumbags running the show in Israel and America that Persia wasn't bluffing when it said it has weapons yet unseen by its enemies.

AF Post:

An American nurse based in Germany tells AF Post that the casualties (wounded and deceased) coming into Germany from the Middle East are "far higher" than what is being reported.

While we cannot confirm death rates, it has been reported that there are hundreds of wounded, with potentially hundreds more slipping under the radar as part of the newscycle, not necessarily because the US is "hiding" the numbers.
We are already aware of this. They knew that we know that they have suffered high casualties than what is being reported. Israel's case is even worst.

The beautiful part is that Iran said it has no oil to sell to other international players.

What I'm trying to understand is why Iran waited for this war to happen before closing the strait. Other countries charge for such passages but they chose to allow ships to be sailing at zero cost. They should have closed the strait when they decided to reinstate those sanctions.
Well, it is definitely a head-scratcher when you look at the timing. But, the more you look at it, the more sense it makes that they did not close it pre-war.

For a long time, Iran did use the threat of closing Hormuz as its biggest "bargaining leverage." Keeping it open wasn't really about being generous or offering free passage; it allows Iran to stay connected to the global economy. As long as the strait stayed open, Iran could still try to sell its own oil and keep some diplomacy alive with countries like China and India.

If they had closed the strait back when the sanctions were first reinstated, it likely would have provoked this war much sooner, which could have closed the window of preparation Iran badly needed.

Closing a major global shipping lane is usually seen as an "act of war" by the rest of the world. By waiting until the actual fighting began on February 28, Iran was able to use the closure as a direct military and economic move rather than just a political protest. That patience is what has steered the war in its favour today.

Now that the war is in full swing and the U.Sreal camp decided to hit their oil hubs, Iran is also making sure no one else can move oil through that area either. The strategy is all about "if we can’t sell ours, nobody can sell theirs as well," and that has sent global prices skyrocketing. It was a master plan by Persia.

Now, they're not just getting the sanctions lifted, but also making a tonne of money from allowing passage through the strait---these would never have been possible pre-war.

What i noticed after the F35 incident, there have not been a single plane from the American or Israel airforce posting videos of flying over Iran to execute missions since yesterday. There is no more speech about taking over Iranian airspace, did the PR stunt suddenly collapsed.
Majority of the videos they were posting were outright fake.

Some were from old clips edited to look recent. They even copied and posted videos from game consoles to show their air supremacy and control over Iranian airspace.

But, the fact remains they were never close to controlling the skies let alone flying freely over it.

The few times they've tried saw their planes getting shot down.

The F35 hit was the nail on the coffin of that narrative.

The Khorramshahr-4 is likely the intermediate-range ballistic missile that Iran used in the attempted attack on Diego Garcia, which analysts had previously assessed may have a range of +4,000km, though it had only been proven at between 2,000-3,000km. Such an attack would suggest that the Khorramshahr-4, which can carry a cluster and possible other unconventional warheads, could be used by Iran to strike almost the entirety of Europe, possibly as far as France and the United Kingdom.
Iran has missiles that can reach US mainland.

If after all these years of US warmongering and destructive postures against Iran the Iranian authorities hasn't develop such capability, then I have a rock to sell anyone in the doubt.

When we told the NVBs here that there'd be lot of surprises for the US in this war, they thought we were just bragging.

Targeting Diego Garcia is a message. I don't expect the NVBs here to understand what that means, but those grey haired generals in Pentagon got the message.

I once thought even the S-400 would have difficulties taking it down after detection. Iran did it with an inferior system based on the S-300.
That's an insult on the S-400.

It was built to detect and destroy stealth flying objects.

Turkey bought it because they saw and knew what happened to US stealth planes flying to and fro the Icirlik airbase and over Syria.

It was primarily because of the S-400 that the US introduced CAATSA. They feared the proliferation of the system that could challenge America's air dominance.

Well, here we are....Iran is taking out one of US most advanced and reliable air asset with less advanced but sophisticated ADs.

This is actually funny.

You want to use 5k soldiers to take a country of 92m people with majority in support of their motherland?

RIP in advance to these 5k.
Its a distraction.

Congress will not permit any ground invasion of Iran that includes hundreds of thousands of troops. The war is already getting unpopular, even among lawmakers that were staunch Trump supporters.

The 5k troop is part of the US special forces and amphibious setup ordered recently to reinforce the US army and navy and highten its posture in the fight against Iran.

Without air supremacy over Iran, the US cannot risk any ground operation deep inside Iran. Worst case scenario would be to confront the Iraqi militia that is making operational life difficult for the US in that part of the region. Don't forget they were the once that downed the KC135 aerial refueling tanker and damaged another over Iraqi airspace. If the US and Israel must use the Iraqi and Kuwaiti airspace and border areas unchallenged, then they must have to deal with the militia threat, and it appeared that is where things are headed.
