Panel was situational basically what you would do in a situation like how you will handle an aggrieved customer, tell me about yourself, and also asking questions related to your career like your greatest achievement and setbacks. But all in all questions vary . Your experience matters and also determines your questions. And answers gives birth to next question

Someone talked about distance. You can send a mail to the address you received the info from. It should be one Adam Daramola seems like the tech guy.
As for the test proper Workforce is becoming dynamic with how they do their assessment there’s no sure template for a particular assessment now
But you will do well to understand your word problems, they’re technical, long and with a whole lot of decimal stuffs. It needs calculator but you won’t be given one. Then they might give u a few charts
As for the verbal, you’ll see lots of passages and lexis like antonyms/ fill in the gap/ sentence correction
Then the usual Abstract reasoning, shapes stuff and spartial awareness
Just prepare hard and pray

I did my test about two weeks ago and did my third documentation on Monday after series of documentation mails.

That means the recruitment process is erratic. And it requires one to be on one’s toes because a mail can drop anytime. Hmmm

The test wasn't funny at all, 50m for 50 questions that required the uses of calculator and logical reasoning. The time is too short.

I think what happened is simple and not confusing. They sent a form at first but the form was inactive. They thought the best alternative is just to send it directly to their mail. Later, they fixed the form issue and are now asking us to follow the first step.

The only issue I have with them is the 2 hours deadline they always give. I was at somewhere faraway today and if I hadn't sent the documents to my phone when the form had issues, I would have missed out of the opportunity. Crazy deadline!

Yeah I noticed it too. I had initially sent it to their mail. I was suprised when I got a mail saying it should be uploaded to a google form with a deadline by 5
Thank God I was always checking my mail because I was expecting behavioral assessment. I guess I’ll have to wait

Another PLI test!! This is too much of a process and it's totally different from their usual pattern of recruitment. Why didn't they just use the 50 questions 12 min at first?

Well I guess we are taking the second PLI test physically right?

PLI test is always a 2 way thing to check credibility, the second one ought to be physical but no company is doing that right now so it is still virtual.
Average score is 20 so anything around and above increases one chances. Gtb have a range of scores they expect from their prospective employees.
But if you get anything from 27 and above you’ve gotten yourself a competitive score which ranks in the 80th percentile and above

There’s still 2 more to come after the behavioral. The first is where you’ll do the main PLI test and after that a competency based interview
You must have heard the PLI is 12mins 50 questions
So cheer up. All this should happen in the next 20 days

There’s no question, just click adjectives that describes you and adjectives(quality)that people expect from you in the work place
There’s no right or wrong answer anyway it’s only GTB that knows what they’re looking for
But if you read about Gtb core values and their statements on their workforce you’ll have an idea of the kind of person they’ll need
So you need to be who you are and be what they need. That’s the point

One issue might be that the mail address is receiving lots of emails which is making it cramped up, I did mine immediately. So you might need to keep trying
Another might be the format you’re presenting your documents, I compressed the files and stated it like this
