The difference between CCB and other antigraft agency is that while other antigraft agencies have to go through a public court (high court) to prosecute their case, CCB does not have to go to the high court. Instead CCB has its own court, the CCT as enshrined in the constitution, which is parallel to an high court.

Instead of Saraki to appear before the CCT and object to his prosecution there, he and his unlearned lawyers ignorantly went to the High court to challenge the powers of a parallel court.

To think that CCB is the same as other antigraft agencies and can be made to stop its prosecution like it was done in the cases above is the highest display of ignorance by Saraki's lawyers and its the same ignorance that the protection seeker has displayed on this thread.
