So, I just noticed this for the first time.
I logged into my marketplace dashboard this morning and noticed that the price of about 4 to 5 of my brandable names (SH registered) was increased to almost 100% - from 1999 to 3499.

Is it because I paid for creatives 3 days ago or what? Anyone on this?

Same here. I observed the price increase was applied to only top trending names(the ones with the fire logo).

No, payoneer gives you the option of adding your dorm account on their platform from which you can transfer your money(dollar) to. On the other hand PayPal will only allow you add your Africard to your account. It does not accept any account domiciled in Nigeria. With Africard you withdraw at bank rate(naira) except you want to withdraw through an ATM that dispenses dollar. I use both(PayPal & payoneer) and that has been my experience so far.

Brandbucket is very lazy. Imagine it takes up to 30 days to review just one name plus Low exposure and domain retargeting.

Sincerely, I wish other top market places like brand bucket can up their game and break SH's monopoly of unregistered names. I read somewhere that SH may reject some names due to oversaturation or abundance of similar names at the time. A better option will be to appeal those names or resubmit after 60 days, if you can't register yourself.

I'm begining to doubt their integrity though.

Yes, on three occasions. One was later listed by another seller on SH. At some point I began to share the same sentiment as you. I guess the person(seller) also tried submitting to SH but haven discovered the name had been submitted to the marketplace decided to register it. My guess could be wrong though.
Count your loss and Move on bro.. it happens. One of the cons of submitting unregistered names.
