Guys e don happen again ooo!!! God be praised... Just sold a name for over $2,000. Details coming soon. |
Great! But I believe they can do better as most have to wait for over 2 years before they have access to their entitlement and pension. |
Sapiosexuality:Let's see how it goes boss. Meanwhile SH rejected something similar: TrolleyStock//king |
Sapiosexuality:Thanks boss. It took hours of serious brainstorming to come up with this name as I was very desperate to atleast add a name with the keyword "CART" to my collection. |

deedee44:I like your zeal bro. Forget that guy talking in the nonsense, we know their type. Squadhelp even offers opportunity for zero investment through its free submission. I was able to recoup all I invested in just a single sale. Yes, sales don't come often or it comes like every other day. But if it's something you are passionate about, sir you won't be disappointed. |
Technology is fast changing the ways we do things, including our jobs and businesses. There is no doubt that in the nearest future most jobs will be done remotely as evidenced more recently by the way most businesses carried out their operations during the heat of Covid19 pandemic. The loss of jobs, high unemployment rate, rising food prices, inflation amongst other economic woes have led most Nigerians especially the youths to look inward towards harnessing digital skills for self sufficiency and solving various problems/needs. It is not uncommon therefore to see, 3 out of 10 Nigerian youth engaged in one form of legitimate jobs done remotely. This comes with much flexibility and a feeling of being in charge. As good as it sounds, working from home may be fraught with some challenges as well. Some of the disadvantages include: 1. Stereotype (Being Thought A Fraudster): Nigeria is still at best a developing nation. This means a larger percentage of its people are yet to grasp the full possibilities of what technology can do even though we claim to be advanced and carry big phones. Your remote job will require you spending most of the day at home. Of course, this wouldn't go unnoticed especially by nosy neighbours. Some may be bold enough to ask while others may not.Once they are not able to ascertain for sure what you do, you are called all kinds of names like being lazy or a fraudster. 2. Having to explain what it is you do over and over: This is even the hardest part. Friends, families, neighbours all want to know what you do. It's not as though it's bad for them to ask but most would find it hard to believe you especially those of the older generation. 3. Your time is not respected: Everyone sees you as the available guy and therefore would always like to encroach on your time. Imagine your name tops the list whenever a volunteer is needed either at your church or community for a project to be carried out say on a Monday morning without even consulting you cause after all he is at home. Other challenges include epileptic power supply, working into the night(for those who deal with people/organizations from other time zones), watching your weight. In all, nothing beats the flexibility and a sense of feeling in control remote jobs offer.

The5DME:How many you wan educate? I only do this to those I deem knowledgeable to some extent. The rest I leave to wallow in their illusion. These people only carry big phones about yet know nothing. Truth is, Our society is yet to grasp the fact that technology is fast changing the way we do our jobs. Most jobs in the future will become remote. |
safetim:It would make sense to think it is, since wholesale price is mostly a 40% reduction(for a name you own) of your retail price and as I perceive, most buyers are resellers who would want to take advantage of the reduction. However this is not always the case, as one of us who just sold a name did through the retail marketplace despite it being listed in the wholesale market. Most times brandables, it's just grace especially with brandables. |
Finally, the ice has broken. My first sale(through wholesale market place). Though little but we're getting there!! Grateful to God and everyone who has helped on this journey.

iamadonis2:God bless you sir! I've kept preaching this message to anyone who cares to listen. For as long as greedy southerners keep selling slots to the highest bidder while the North dash these same positions to their kin and ensure they occupy key positions, the South will always remain subservient to the North. Our mumu just dey start. The South want to eat their cake and have it at the same time. |
kalu61:Thanks sir |
gentlewind:Congrats on the newly accepted name. Some possible uses could include: Construction & Architecture, landscaping, Engineering & Tech, Property & Homes |
christopheru:Even for 100k, I'll still take the job in Ibadan over and over again. Served in Ibadan and life there no be gra gra like Lagos own. |
