REACTION TO MISLEADING PUBLICATION ON ACCORD OSUN GOVERNATORIAL CANDIDACY The attention of the Accord Party has been drawn to a misleading and false publication circulating in the public space, alleging that Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke has been uploaded by the Accord Party as its candidate for the 2026 Osun State Governorship Election. For the avoidance of doubt, *this claim is entirely false, misleading, and calculated to deceive the public. While the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) may claim to have received certain nomination information, INEC cannot deny that it also duly received and acknowledged the nomination of Mr. Kolawole Clement Bamigbola submitted alongside all statutory documents, including EC9, EC13B, and the report of a validly conducted primary election, at its Abuja headquarters. Accordingly, the duly nominated and legitimate gubernatorial candidate of the Accord Party for the 2026 Osun State Governorship Election is Mr. Kolawole Clement Bamigbola**. It is important to state clearly that while issues relating to the national leadership of the Accord Party remain sub judice, the Prof. Chris Imumolen–led faction** has taken all lawful, procedural, and constitutional steps to protect the party from hijackers, impersonators, and unlawful interference, and to preserve the integrity of its internal democratic processes pending the final determination of the court. The misleading publication was deliberately crafted to create the false impression that there is no credible Accord Party candidate, and to cast doubt on the valid candidacy of Kolawole Clement Bamigbola. This narrative is false, baseless, and must be completely disregarded. The public, the media, and all stakeholders are therefore strongly advised to discountenance speculative reports, propaganda, and manufactured narratives intended to undermine the Accord Party and its lawful candidate. There exists no legal or factual basis for the claims being circulated. We urge all party members and supporters to remain calm, focused, and resolute in their support for Kolawole Clement Bamigbola, as the Accord Party remains firmly committed to due process, internal democracy, and the rule of law. The Accord Party will not be distracted by mischief-makers or political opportunists. The facts are clear, the records are intact, and the law will prevail. Signed: Accord Party Muktar Abdallah Jungum January 29, 2026

Property Wealth Corporation Rolls Out Home Co-Ownership Opportunity in the UK at Minimal Entry Cost Property Wealth Corporation, a global real estate investment firm with operations spanning major cities across the world, has unveiled a new home co-ownership initiative aimed at lowering the barrier to property investment in the United Kingdom. The initiative, announced on Wednesday by the Chairman of the company, Dr. Daniel Moses, offers investors the opportunity to co-own income-generating residential properties in the UK with a minimum entry cost of £10,000. Speaking during the announcement, Dr. Moses disclosed that the Opportunity is limited to 1,000 participants, with a combined investment pool of £10 million, designed to enable collaborative acquisition of high-value, cash-flowing properties across select UK locations. According to him, the model allows individuals who may not be able to independently acquire UK property to participate meaningfully in the real estate market through structured co-ownership. “This is about democratizing access to global property ownership,” Dr. Moses said. He added, “With £10,000, investors can become co-owners of tangible, income-producing assets in the UK, backed by a professional acquisition and management process.” Under the Opportunity, contributors gain proportional ownership rights in selected properties, alongside the potential for monthly cash flow, capital appreciation, and long-term asset security. The company noted that the investment is asset-backed, reducing exposure to speculative risks often associated with non-tangible investment products. Property Wealth Corporation highlighted several benefits attached to the initiative, including, Co-ownership of verified UK property assets, Monthly rental income potential, structured investment and governance framework, extensive due diligence on all properties, professional management and operational oversight and others. The firm further emphasized its track record in the real estate sector, citing over 40 completed property projects and a 75 per cent Capital Raised paybacked history, which it says reflects consistency in delivering investor returns across different markets. The organization described the co-ownership opportunity as particularly suitable for individuals seeking exposure to the UK property market without bearing the full financial and operational burden of sole ownership. “This is ideal for investors who want to own property in the UK but prefer not to do it alone, and for those who value partnering with a proven and experienced operator,” the company stated. Property Wealth Corporation added that the limited slots would be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, reinforcing the exclusivity of the offer. https://www.thisdaylive.com/2026/01/17/property-wealth-corporation-rolls-out-home-co-ownership-opportunity-in-the-uk-at-minimal-entry-cost/

A Christmas Call for Recognition: Bishop Ugokwe, 30 Other Bishops Who Stood for Tinubu Election Seek Inclusion In a season defined by gifts and goodwill, a quiet plea for political acknowledgment is emerging from the pulpits. As President Bola Ahmed Tinubu extends appointments to former critics like Reno Omokri—recently cleared by the Senate as an ambassador-designate—a core group of his earliest supporters watches with hopeful expectation. They are the thirty Christian bishops and clerics who defied intense criticism to endorse the now-president and his Muslim running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, at a time when their party’s “Muslim-Muslim” ticket was deeply controversial. Their question is simple: if the President’s renowned largesse of heart can embrace reconciled opponents, what of those who stood boldly with him from the start? The story of their support is not one of casual endorsement but of profound conviction and personal risk. When major Christian bodies distanced themselves from the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket, figures like Bishop Prince Ugochukwu Ugokwe stepped into the breach. Appointed to the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Bishop Ugokwe publicly defended the ticket as “divine and the best for party victory,” urging religious leaders to preach national unity over division. This was not a mere political calculation; it was, as they framed it, an “act of patriotism for national unity and for religious harmony.” They absorbed the backlash from within their own communities, choosing to promote a narrative of national potential over religious sentiment. Their labor was not a one-time electoral transaction. These leaders have persisted as pillars of interfaith advocacy and moral support for the administration. Bishop Ugokwe, who also leads the Christian Muslims Love Lead and Care Foundation, has consistently prayed for the nation's peace and the President’s success, publicly calling for unity between ethnic groups like the Igbos and Yorubas. Now, they are channeling this mission into concrete initiatives for national healing, such as the forthcoming 2026 National Religious Leaders Peace and Security Summit (NRLPAS) unveiled in Abuja. Their work aligns with the critical need for faith-led dialogue in a nation confronting crises, proving their commitment extends far beyond the political arena. The recent ambassadorial screening, where Reno Omokri was allowed to “take a bow and go” by the Senate despite some drama, has become a poignant reference point. The Delta State APC congratulated Omokri, framing his nomination as a testament to President Tinubu’s commitment to “merit, national inclusion and the recognition of individuals”. This precedent sets a powerful standard. The thirty bishops argue, with respectful urgency, that the same spirit of inclusion and reward should flow to those whose faith and patriotism compelled them to support a vision of Nigeria that transcended traditional divides. They stood firm when it was unpopular, believing in the promise of an incoming Tinubu-Shettima government to foster a new Nigeria. As Christmas approaches—a time of remembrance and blessing—the appeal is directed not only to the President but also to the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, herself a pastor. As a “mother of the nation,” her sought-after support for these ministries would resonate deeply. The clerics do not demand; they remind. They continue to pray for the unity of the nation and the success of the Tinubu government, as they have done since before the election. Honouring them would not merely be a political reward; it would be a powerful affirmation that courage, fidelity, and patriotic faith are seen, valued, and remembered at the highest levels of the nation they strive to unite.. Bishop ugochukwu ugokwe who is also the presiding Bishop of Yoke Breakers prophetic ministry abuja. Advice all Nigeria to unite for a better country that's safe for all.. for only President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR. can not do it alone. Now that all international community eyes are in Nigeria for solution.
