When the baby is older then u can do daycare /creche.
I personally don't like leaving ppl in my house when I am at work .
Same person can come on Saturday for house cleaning and chores.

By the grace of God I have never had a house help but ppl come to clean and go.I am an educationist so I take my kids to sch wt me.

My elder sister got pregnant whilst on 3month Mat leave for the first child,despite doing exclusive bf and no period,so u see,it happens. You just have to be supportive ,because it is stressful on the woman's body.help with chores and baby pls to ease ur wife. Be strong for ur family.God will provide all u need to care for your family.

I think it's a case of adenoid hypertrophy, you need to see an ENT and ENT surgeon
