Then let's talk rate and next step forward.
BusinessRe: Liberty Reserve/ Master Card by arbitrage: 6:30pm On Sep 04, 2012
Austinsmat - I doubt if there is any merchant that pays your directly in to your mastercard for your LR fund. Most merchants will rather ask you to have their own issued card and then get withdraw your e-currencies into the card you obtained from them. The only alternative of getting your mastercard funded directly by LR (apart from those merchants I talked about) will be any merchant that can fund visa card (issued outside Nigeria of course) like Technocashier. I am not sure if they will fund Mastercard but I think they do for Visa. I am also not sure if the withdrawal to card they stated on their site is even for your own card or rather the one you are to obtain from them.

Hottprince - Yes, I pay you in dollars but I do not have office (like a business) but could do one on one exchange if you prefer provided you can come to Lagos. Or else, you get paid to your bank account.
BusinessRe: Liberty Reserve/ Master Card by arbitrage: 7:52am On Sep 04, 2012
I guess you are talking of funding your GTB Naira mastercard. If so, selll your LR funds to buyers and exchangers and they pay into your GTB account so you can use the mastercard. If it is GTB dollars mastercard you are talking about, then you may sell it to buyers who will pay you in dollars (e.g. myself) and you get paid into your GTB dom so that you can use the dollar mastercard. So I think you should clarify the master card you have that you want to fund with LR. Aside all that, there are exchangers that offer cards such that you can fund with your LR money.

BusinessRe: What Should I Do?a Friend Of Mine In USA Want To Scam Me $875 Paypal Cash! by arbitrage: 12:25am On Sep 02, 2012
It's a pity for this shameful deed. But I still feel you should report/flag him to Paypal for usual dispute resolution process since you said your account is verified.

Nevertheless, my utmost surprise honestly is that you, legalwealth, also known as onlinebizdon4u, or presegs (Segun Adesida), who usually advertise on Nairaland about paypal stuff is the one that was scammed. I say that because I remember your recent posts talk about your discovery of how to open and use/run paypal account in Nigeria without blocking/changing IP address. I thought you have perfected all the necessary info on paypal funding and withdrawal (as you usually offer such services on your nairaland adverts) such that you wouldn't need this kind of dubious compatriots in exile (or is it diaspora) to start living on your sweat? I was almost considering contacting you for such possibility not knowing you still rely on someone on that side for your paypal withdrawals. It's really unfortunate and sad the guy did that to you but remember, nemesis will catch up with him over there if he does not repent before it's too late.

The guy, 9jafocus, calls himself Matthew by name. He said he's in Ogbomoso and not in Lagos to fulfil LR order one on one. When asked if someone can meet him in Ogbomoso, he claimed he was on his way to Ibadan. Whereas he has earlier said, if you pay into his account, he would credit the account immediately because his laptop was with him. Anyway for those he scammed who would want to follow it up, his account details are: Olagoke Oluwaseyi Victor, Account Number 0112694925, GTBank, Obafemi Awolowo Branch, Bodija, Ibadan.

Immediately his scam secrets on Nairaland were revealed to him, he was just speechless and kept saying waooh, waooh, waooh and switched of his phone line immediately.

It's really unfortunate that moderators keep deleting postings/topics that could have helped to exposed past deeds of these guys so that this new person wouldn't fall for him. This is the scammer that used another username in another section to scam me in July of N51k and posted same ad in this tech section under this 9jafocus username all in the name of selling LR for N150. Anyway, @blink justified him for scamming me at ridiculously cheap price of N150 for my greed, let's wait for blink's comment and verdict on this victim who fell for same guy at N173 per LR dollar.

Why not follow up with complain to the bank if the error is not automatically reversed within 24 hours, which is usually the case with ATM problems sometimes? Complain immediately to ur bank and also await the reversal before next day and if nothing, go back to them with your print outs if available.
BusinessRe: Fraud Alert! by arbitrage: 1:53pm On Aug 30, 2012
Better still, go to nearest ATM to check ur balance to confirm the (fake/true) alert you received, simple.

BusinessRe: Us Bank Account by arbitrage: 10:22am On Aug 29, 2012
that means if it is opened for u, u will never access it yourself since ur access is nigerian. That wont be good for u to av account that u cant use ursef. I suggest u get the ip hide software or vpn b4 u open it. Some guys are selling it here. I access my skrill account from work when in nigeria cos my company and internet are not nigerian. I also av those hide ip browser and software at home if i want to use but i dont access it at home.
Another issue u might av even if u av ip or vpn stuff is that of address of registration, which nigeria may be excluded. Cos to verify ur account, moneybookers will post a letter to ur address, with a code/pin to enter in the system verification online. Way around that is mail forwarding services company, which are not free. I applied and verified mine when living outside nigeria. Paypal is easier as there is no need postal verification but skrill can link and take money from my gtb naira mastercard instantly and deposit to a non-nigerian visa card instantly or to a usa bank account in 2 working days.
BusinessRe: Us Bank Account by arbitrage: 7:30pm On Aug 28, 2012
moneybookers/skrill account opening is free but the challenge like paypal is that nigeria may not be accepted unless you will hide your ip address.
BusinessRe: Checking Your GTBANK Account Balance Via SMS by arbitrage: 2:50pm On Aug 28, 2012
I used the line I registered with GT and it did not work unless the GTB registration u are referring to is the one that u instruct them to be alerting u whenever there is transaction on your account (i.e. 10 naira per sms). But if it is just normal phone number u have on record with GTB, that is the one i used and it did not work even when I had credit on that line. I hope it's not only GTB Yaba that is offering such service. GT connect may also explain anyway.

For he that is pursued by Usain Bolt, if you can run the first 100 metres under the influence of adrenalin because of fear of death, then you may escape him because his athletic prowess is only superb for 100 metres, then reduce for 200 metres. After that 200 metres adrenalin run, you may finally escaped. But if those marathon mountaineers of Kenya, Ethiopia and Eritria, etc are your pursuers, then you may not escape it because after your initial adrenalin run, the marathoner will still be pursuing you without being tired, even at a distance that could have made you or Usain Bolt collapse.
