*too many openings in sitting room (accoding to your set up of the chair where are you going to put tv)
My suggestion the wall that share the long lobby can be in a straight form then a single door will be there to access the others part of the building more so you will have enough space for tv and co

*it will be more comfortable if the aunte room have single window of 900mm.

Hmmmmm..... Nice design. But heavy rainfall will be a huge challenge o. I would introduce a very slight slope and introduce high discharge pipes to remove water fast.

The slope is to ensure even a little water does not stay on.

I acquired a 50 x 100 pieces of land looking to build a low budget bungalow with a pent house. 3 bedroom flat downstairs and 2 bedrooms flat upstairs.
